Oh boy oh boy oh boooy.....
*deep breaths!*
It is the last weekend of November and I don't know where the month went. I am totally in denial that Christmas is so soon and I have next to nothing and no ideas (I know, I'm a broken record here. Yeah, yeah,~>:ignore1:)

I had a successful day getting the house back in order. 90% of the stuff from the day before got put back, the tablecloths are washed, and the dishwasher drained properly. I scrapped a Color Play page to upload today and made my avatar for the party. I also did a ton of tagging in ACDSee. I have kits in my To Be Tagged folder from last year. I used to be good about not downloading new kits if there were more than 10 untagged kits in there. That went out the window at some point in the last year or so.

We had plenty of leftovers for dinner. Probably tonight as well. I might make some tofu chicken nuggets for some protein. I'm heading to my parents this morning,. My brother bought a floral centerpiece for my table, and my mom left it at her house. She felt bad and was going to drive up here to give it to me. Which is silly-- so I am heading down there to help her with a few things in the house, and hope to be on my way before the town closes down at 2 pm. Tonight is a town-wide Christmas event, so the main streets are going to be closed off. There are plenty of ways to get around, but if I forget and drive into the town, it's going to be a nightmare trying to get back out.

Have a wonderful day!!

Had a good day yesterday! There were the normal moments of "how can I get all of this food made in this little tiny kitchen" but we survived and the amount of food at my nieces was just unbelievable! Everyone brought something...sometimes MANY somethings! Everyone was stuffed and it still looked like we could have fed another 23 people!:grouphugyay:
hahah!! I can relate!
How much snow do you expect to get? Will Syd be driving back home early? And did she ever get a snowbrush for the car? Tell her to drive safely from me.
And then December---at least the first half---seems like it will definitely be Oscraps fun and games constantly!
yay!! Love the parties here!!

Yesterday's bag filled with juices and ended up outside of the pan! It was not fun trying to get the turkey out of the oven without dumping things! And I did have some turkey leakage into the nice, clean oven because as soon as I put the turkey into the oven, the bag touched the top element and so immediately I had a BIG hole in the top of the bag!
Oh nooooo!! I would have had such a hard time maneuvering a turkey if that happened. You are lucky that you didn't burn your arms trying to reach and balance while getting it out.
NO HOUSE CLEANING!!!
Good for you! I told Gary the other day that I won't have to do a super-duper-deep-clean before everyone is here on Christmas. I don't think he believed me. You do, though, right???
:p

I think instead of going to Walmart, I will go to Dollar Tree for my bigger roasting pan! Walmart was crazy enough on Wednesday! I don't even want to think about the crazy it will be today!
That is a very wise decision, how did that go?

Morning, all. I thought I had posted here yesterday... then realized it was over in the Thanksgiving thread.
oops! Hope that you got everything done that you needed to do. How is your arm feeling, no more tenderness from the shot?
I'm so glad your day worked out good you were a little stressed. You had allot of food and allot of people. Once people start arriving things just fall into place. I bet no one left hungry. You pulled off the dessert problem...you are quite the problem solver.
Nope, no one left hungry. And no one left empty-handed LOL
will never do it again unless I am 100%. I struggled to get everything done while hobbling around the kitchen then I was so sore
That's awful. I was worried about how you and Tracy both were going to make it through. I hope that you are all recovered and feeling better today. I have been using the TENS on my back almost every night. I even asked for more replacement pads for Christmas - whatta gift! LOL

Hi everyone, remember me? The last month has been crazy busy with travel for family events and work. Looking forward to slowing down in December.

No Black Friday shopping here. It's Belles birthday today, and we're actually having Thanksgiving today due to our Son in laws work schedule. We'll head back home tomorrow. Looking forward to being home, getting the house decorated and finally find some scrapping time.
Amy!!!! Hi!! But I have one question-- what is "slowing down in December"??
And a second question: How do you do that?
HBD to Belle!
LOVE the new siggy and the avatar! And yes 100% agree, dont know who anyone is now that they're all decorated.
TY!!
Okay, thank you. That's what I was thinking but then wondered if I was wrong. :heartpumppink: It can be confusing if you dont life the lifestyle. My daughter has had to go gluten free and I have no idea what to fix her anymore. I just dont think that way and its hard to wrap my mind around it, but I am learning. This old dog can learn new tricks.
Gluten-free is pretty hard to follow, too. One of Caitlyn's best friends is GF and whenever she brings something to a potluck, she tries to make a vegan/GF option that also tastes good.
Slow, low key, felt amazing enough to make turkey dinner. We ate at noon and had pie at 5. Wish I could say I only ate once but I over did it and ate at 7 and regretted it as I was still full. Was worth it but man I was stuffed.
That is just wonderful news that you felt amazing. Until you ate those seconds at 7. *pats tummy* I know how you felt!

our mishaps are pretty funny but I am glad they worked out for you.. After the discussions of dishwashers earlier this week...kinda funny but glad your hubby was able to fix it. I usually use my phone for a timer put it in my pocket then no mater where I am I can hear it.
When I shocked myself, I was surprised and then angry. Like- how dare the outlet hurt me like that. :rollingpin1:
I kept saying- That HURT over and over. Gary was worried for a second, then basically said I was stupid. Not in any words, but the implication was there. And deserved hahah!!
I am with you-- no shopping on Black Friday, ever. Is it still a huge "line up at night/race and fight everyone to get the one TV that is on sale event?"
Not my idea of fun at all.

Hey Buddy!!! Always wonderful to see you!

Good morning. Oh my goodness. Yesterday, I went down the rabbit hole. I organized paperwork...stuff that needed to be thrown away before we even moved here, stuff that I had just piled up rather than file, etc. What sent me down that rabbit hole is that I have lost two recent layouts for ColorPlay in the Cloud. How long has it been since I told you that I hate the Cloud.:cloud9::banghead: Anyway, that caused me to look at all of the disorganization and realize that I couldn't put up a tree until I do something about the desk. Anyway, I ramble...which is how yesterday was. Made a big pot of chicken noodle soup for supper!

Got up to 3" of snow. Not terrible. More is expected. The Heat Trak is working perfectly...no snow on the steps. And the dogs are as happy as can be!

But today is a new day. Going to figure out how to fix myself a holiday avatar. Find or re-make my ColorPlay layouts. :banghead: Maybe get a new siggie made. It's going to be a great day!

Hey Buddy!!! Always wonderful to see you!
LOVE your new avatar! You should use your beautiful, smiling face more often!
I didn't make myself clear on getting the turkey out of the oven.....I let Mark handle it! I got a big oven drip pan out and he sat the whole business in it. Then I popped the bag and let the juices drain into it.
By Christmas (which is January for us for the family gathering) I will definitely have to clean again! There's always dirt in the floor from Mark's treks to the woods. That's OK!
Yeah, I was in and out of the Dollar Tree very quickly! I also went to the grocery store and was pleasantly surprised.....in and out! I did use the self-checkout, however, as the lines were longer than I wanted to stand in! ;)

I hate those days because it always feels like you didn't accomplish a thing!

Good morning,
Quick in and out as nothing really is going on here.

I need to work on my Day 29. I want to start work on my November Monthly Review and play with at least one Color Play kit.

Woke up to temps in the mid 20's! Lots of frost on the ground! Clear, beautiful blue skies! Lots of sunshine! The temp is already above freezing. Mark is headed to the woods!

I will probably do some laundry today, too. I will need to dust the furniture before tomorrow. I hate this dusty house!

Have a great day!

My brother bought a floral centerpiece for my table, and my mom left it at her house. She felt bad and was going to drive up here to give it to me.
Leftovers for dinner is my favorite part of hosting family dinners! We left all of the food for people who wanted to hang around later at my niece's. By the time that Sarah returned all of the dishes yesterday, there were two pieces of the chocolate pecan pie and three pieces of the sweet potato pie. No corn pudding, broccoli caesar salad, sweet potato casserole, ham balls, or deviled eggs. But that's the sign of success in my book so I was happy.:lovey3:

Morning, all. I thought I had posted here yesterday... then realized it was over in the Thanksgiving thread. Geeze... I did get my December Avatar uploaded. Busy, busy, busy getting the November Color Play LOs uploaded today and tomorrow. Lots of good sales on the Black Friday, too! Then Monday is the start of the big Christmas Event!!! I don't remember having so many things happening all right together here at the O's.
I think that having Thanksgiving so far into November gives me no time for catch up.

I will never do it again unless I am 100%. I struggled to get everything done while hobbling around the kitchen then I was so sore.
I'm sorry that you are still sore. I am impressed that you tried it. And I am equally impressed that you have decided to only do it when you are 100% going forward.

Welcome back Amy. Hope that your travel home is safe. Always good to be home!

Ran dishwasher 3 times, did two batches of hand dishes and went to bed with another load of dishes needing to run (was already running so couldn't load them).
I have always said that if I win the lottery (I don't play so probably won't win:rolleyes:) I would have a huge walk in refrigerator, a double oven and two dishwashers. I'm lucky...Brian has always cleaned behind me while I cook so he does the many, many loads of dishes! And I love your Avi!

Dropping in for a quick minute- I forgot to add to the weirdness drama yesterday:
-Gary had to take the dishwasher apart to get it to drain. It was clogged even after I took the filter pieces apart. So while e was trying to cook, he had his tools on the floor next to me.
Oh no! That sounds stressful! Maybe because stress is my number 1 emotion. I maybe need to re-wire my brain. Add that to my to do list!

Morning, all. Been busy uploading Color Play LOs around digi-world this morning....and I have some scrapping to do today.

I didn't get around to making the pumpkin pie yesterday... as I went down the rabbit hole...i.e..... working on the Book Challenge trackers and finished reading 2 more books. Yep... I finished reading all the library books I have checked out. Will take them back today and pick up the one that is on-hold waiting for me. I might get the pumpkin pie made after I get back.:heartpumpred:

BBL

Yesterday was a recovery day for most of us that entertained for Thanksgiving I hope you are all better. I know I am.:woohoo:

Got up at 4 this morning....I just couldn't sleep anymore. So went to TV/computer room to read and check on my computer till hubby got up at 7. I hung a Christmas wreath on the front door. We do not decorate much but will put the tree up, then when Kirsten gets here we will decorate it. She will help decorate the rest of the house.

The day before Thanksgving we had our yearly A/C service but got the news that our unit will need to be replaced fairly soon. Within the next year or so. Not surprised! Their quote was over $8500 so hubby will shop around. He will call the company that replaced the AC in the club last month they did a great job at a reasonable price. It may be fine for awhile but since we travel all summer we want a unit we can trust so we will just get it replaced. We will get it replaced after the kitchen is done I cannot have them both at the same time it would be just too much confusion.

@LSlycord 3" snow isn't bad and so glad your Heat Trak worked on the steps....I was always so afraid to fall. That was one of the reasons we moved to Florida. Our house up North had stairs to front and back doors as I got older I got nervous about the snow and Ice. cleaning the desk is a good idea...You are inspiring me.

@faerywings I'm with you, where did the month go? December will pass equally as fast so buckle up, let's go...full speed ahead.:moped:I hope you have fun with your mom when you claim your centerpiece. The whole town having a Christmas event is so cool except if you want to drive through.

@AK_Tracy I have several friends who are gluten free and it is a struggle. They have a very hard time at restaurants and getting good tasting food can be difficult. They have adjusted their lives but not always fun.

You are a reading fool!!! I love it! I have decided that I'm going to try to stay one month ahead in the book challenges...so December will be the month that I decide my reading for January! My attention span isn't long enough to do more than that!

Although I hate it when I can't sleep anymore, I do love that alone time to do whatever I want with no one talking to me.;)
And ooo boy about the AC. But I agree, I'd need to leave if they were doing my kitchen and AC at the same time.

I'm so happy with them that I am considering adding some to the driveway! But maybe not in this month's budget!

Good Frosty Morning O family!
I would say its a beautiful day but I dont know as the sun hasn't show a sliver of light yet. Three more weeks. Three more weeks. Then we start gaining light again. We're at six hours daylight. Three more weeks. So in another 90 minutes went the sun shows, I will know if its a beautiful day or not :giggle4:

It is the last weekend of November and I don't know where the month went. I am totally in denial that Christmas is so soon and I have next to nothing and no ideas (I know, I'm a broken record here. Yeah, yeah,~>:ignore1:)
Its crazy how fast November went and yet a lot happened this month for us. Its crazy. As for Christmas ideas, well, I told the family three weeks ago to give me ideas or they get coal. Which we can find on a beach 2 hours from us, so they know I am not kidding :floorlaugh: I gave them until 11-20 to get me ideas then I was buying whatever I felt they needed and it might be coal.
What sent me down that rabbit hole is that I have lost two recent layouts for ColorPlay in the Cloud. How long has it been since I told you that I hate the Cloud.:cloud9::banghead:
Yep, this is why I never use the cloud. I dont like it, dont trust it. I have an EHD dedicated to scrapping. yep its a bit of pain to plug in and log in each time I wanna scrap or pull up something but I like it waaaaay better then the cloud.
I need to work on my Day 29. I want to start work on my November Monthly Review and play with at least one Color Play kit.
Yes, so much thankfulness yet I need to update my layout. I am behind. Need to get it caught up and done by tomorrow. Its been super fun. Thanks for hosting this.

HEHE Yes, winning the lottery. We built our house and I told hubs, the kitchen will be top of the line, the rest of the house can be bargain basement. So I do have a double wall oven and its my favorite thing ever! I do wish we had put in two dishwashers. We cook from scratch all the time and so we always have at least 2 dishwasher loads a day if not three. Usually its three when the kids decided to not wash the pots n pans like they are suppose to and slip them in the dishwasher.
Morning, all. Been busy uploading Color Play LOs around digi-world this morning.
I am amazed at how many Layouts you get done each week. Its truly amazing and they are always so beautiful. In my mind you must sit at the computer 20 hours a day creating. :bowdown3:You're a LO master.
Yesterday was a recovery day for most of us that entertained for Thanksgiving I hope you are all better. I know I am.
Yes, recovery day for sure. I sat on the couch, ate, watched tv and did little else. I did the laundry and got the three loads done but that was all I did besides sit. Kids and I played digital games last night and laughed for a couple hours so that was fun.

Today will be more of the same. Think about cleaning the kitchen as I did nothing yesterday and its a mess again of clutter.
Have a wonderful day!

Quick in and out for me. I'll be taking Remi for a quick walk and play in the snow in a few minutes and then will head up to the hospital to spend some time with Darrell. He was admitted yesterday after the hospital called, telling him to come in. They have preliminary results from his lung biopsy and they found a slow growing bacteria so he'll be in for a bit, then home with about 3-4 wks of self administered IV antibiotics and steroids. So now he not only has Crohns and COPD/emphysema, he also has bronchiectasis and whatever else they find. His quality of life is sure starting to suffer. We have no idea what Xmas will be like around here, hopefully he will respond to treatment and start to feel better soon. Thank goodness for netflix on his phone to keep him occupied.

Oh Rae, I'm so sorry to hear about all of the problems that Darrell is having. I'm sure that everything is really up in the air! Wishing for quick recovery!

You are welcome! I wish others would have joined in, but I totally understand! It is a very busy time of year! I hope someone got some inspiration from the prompts. I'm glad, at least, several people read the thread! Thanks for participating!

I'm sorry I haven't read all your prompts. But I have loved the overall theme and maybe others have participated by creating without commenting. Maybe we will be surprised by the LO that arrive. I know it was a lot of work to do 30 days and to do life but its been a blessing to me.

Did a quick run to the library and picked up 4 books...and discovered they were having a Winter Book Reading Challenge... so signed up for it.. Got home and discovered that I had left the coffee mug and hot chocolate pack (participation prize) there!!! Gave them a call and they will hold it for me until next Tuesday (the next day they are open). That works out fine as I have another on-hold book that is in transit and should be there then...

Got home to a voice mail that DD#1 will be flying in here tomorrow. A meeting with her son and others got moved up from mid-January to Monday!! Not sure how long she will be here - only a few days, I think. Have a few chores to get done before she arrives. As she is on a gluten-free diet, I won't be baking the pumpkin pie after all.

Happy Sunday! It is Sunday, even though I woke up about 10 times between 2 am and 5 am believing it was Monday. When I wake up like that, I find it reassuring to remind myself what day it is and what I have planned. I guess it makes me feel more prepared so I can get back to sleep. That was a big fat bust! I have to take Gary to the eye doctor first thing tomorrow morning and in my confusion over the day, I thought that I had to get up and out of bed early. Not that it made a bit of difference in the long run, I was still up and out of bed at 5.30. Blergh.

I had a nice visit with my parents. They were in the middle of putting up some Christmas decorations and needed help on the step ladder. They crack me up and exasperate me to no end. Why they feel the need to put lights and garland on the tops of the hutches-- *throws hands in the air* -- not a clue. But if that is what they wanted, I was glad to help.

We had enough leftovers for dinner again, which was a blessing. OTOH, having all three of us in the tiny kitchen preparing all of our different plates turned into a mini-disaster.
Have you ever broken one of those Corelle-type dishes? You know, the ones that splinter into a million shards that you still step on three years in the future? I was trying to maneuver getting plates out of the cabinet, and burned my wrist on the hot edge of the toaster oven. The Corelle dish smashed and covered almost the entire floor with slivers. Thankfully, Cait was able to grab the dogs and keep them out of that mess, their poor paw pads would have been sliced up. :(
Silver lining: I have a little extra space in my stuffed-full cabinet. So there is that!

Hoo boy, today is jam-packed with end-of-the-month stuff, both here and IRL.
My main project is to take inventory of all of the baking supplies Cait and I need for our Big Baking Sunday. Make sure I have everything we need. Make sure I can find the recipes too. One year, I lost them and was in a panic about it. We are scaling back the baking this year. It makes sense even if that makes me a little sad. We loooove cookies- eating and gifting. However, no one needs the sheer volume we used to make.

The other thing I have planned is to get ready for the 12 Days of December Party!! T-15 hours or so!

Big hugs to you all! :hug3:

@LSlycord Oh, those organizational rabbit holes! Glad you found your way out!
Did you ever find your color play LOs? How about the top of your desk?
Your avi/siggie are very festive!

By Christmas (which is January for us for the family gathering) I will definitely have to clean again! There's always dirt in the floor from Mark's treks to the woods. That's OK!
Same, same--- between the dogs and my boots tracking stuff in, it's always a mess. But hopefully we won;t need to climb on anything this time around.
But that's the sign of success in my book so I was happy.:lovey3:
I completely agree!
Oh no! That sounds stressful! Maybe because stress is my number 1 emotion. I maybe need to re-wire my brain. Add that to my to do list!
If you ever figure out *how,* please let me know!!!!!!! :prettyplease:

working on the Book Challenge trackers and finished reading 2 more books. Yep... I finished reading all the library books I have checked out.
My goodness!! :wow2:
BTW-- I am a little over halfway through the Making of Motion Picture Book. I know that the two main storylines are going to connect up soon, can't wait to see how that plays out.

Yesterday was a recovery day for most of us that entertained for Thanksgiving I hope you are all better. I know I am.
Fantastic to hear this!
I cannot have them both at the same time it would be just too much confusion.
Smart move. Just one of those would be confusing enough!
December will pass equally as fast so buckle up, let's go...full speed ahead.:moped:
*buckles into my brand new white jacket* Hey, why are there so many straps? And why can't I move my arms???

Good Frosty Morning O family!
I would say its a beautiful day but I dont know as the sun hasn't show a sliver of light yet. Three more weeks. Three more weeks. Then we start gaining light again. We're at six hours daylight. Three more weeks. So in another 90 minutes went the sun shows, I will know if its a beautiful day or not :giggle4:
I am counting down to the Soltice too! We still have way more daylight but the sun sets here at 4.30 and it is way too dark for me and my seasonally affected brain chemistry.
give me ideas or they get coal
Bwuahahahah!
Oh, Rae, that sounds awful!! How long do they expect him to stay in the hospital? Sooo many good thoughts to him that he heals quickly and feels better.
Good thoughts to you too, I cannot imagine how stressful that is. :hug2:

Linda, the turkeys are the cutest adorable-est things ever! How can you stand it?? ♥

Got home to a voice mail that DD#1 will be flying in here tomorrow.
Have a wonderful visit with her!
Can you make the pumpkin pie with almond flour?

HAGD, lOves!!

A quick in and out again this morning. Working on a couple of LOs before DD#1 arrives today. Can't believe that tomorrow is the kick-off of the 12 Days of December!!! Lots of fun will be going on every single day (Dec 1-12) with the freebie downloads.

No, @faerywings I don't have any almond flour nor the shortening to make the crust... so won't be making the pie. Plus she is on a restricted diet to lose weight. Good thing is that she left several food items here (in the fridge/freezer/pantry) that she can have.

Good morning! Slow getting around here today. Final snow total at the airport which is about 4 miles from our house was 10.9 inches. I think it was 9 inches at our house. That's a lot for November! I asked Syd and Shaun to handle the shoveling so that Brian wouldn't be out there doing that. Shaun said that Syd needed to do it because in January she will be back in Minneapolis for the next 3 weeks and then home for 2 weeks and then January she goes to Florida and he has us for the winter! So she went out and did all of the shoveling! That was good. Our driveway is small so I ordered a small, battery operated snow blower. Need to purchase a couple more snow brushes and snow shovels for cars and then I think we will be good! The HeatTrak on the back deck steps continues to kill it! And Andie loves the snow just like I hoped.

Yesterday I got to thinking that it was the last day of November and I did my tracking for CheeryO and got myself ready for December. I do need to make sure that I add all of my layouts to social media. And then I'm ready for the 12 days of fun!

Not much going on today. Don't think that I will venture out to the grocery store although there are a few items I need. I'm going to get Sydney on the road by noon because that drive home needs to be slow...not Sydney's strength!

Well you know that I think they are!! At Thanksgiving, as I was walking up the stairs Wavy saw me and stopped what she was doing and came running over to hug my legs. Then as I was walking into the house with a second load of food, Bo came running out with a picture he had colored for me. Love those kids!:heartpumpred:
I had a nice visit with my parents. They were in the middle of putting up some Christmas decorations and needed help on the step ladder.
I'm so glad that you were able to spend that time with your parents and keep them off the step ladder.

Have fun with DD #1.

I have had 4 homes with double ovens...one was a standalone but three were wall ovens. I LOVED those things! The last kitchen that I had was huge and had a butler's pantry in addition to the regular pantry. That kitchen was soooo good...but it still needed that second dishwasher. Oh well, those days are past I think. And I for sure don't know how you make it with so little daylight!

@faerywings I'm with you, where did the month go? December will pass equally as fast so buckle up, let's go...full speed ahead.:moped:
And Debby, I feel like that's going to be December in a nutshell!:motorcycle:But I need a bigger, faster bike because I will be going slow on my own!

Getting ready for 12 days of Christmas. Started with some last minute Black Friday shopping in the shop. Got me Anja's, Rachel's and Joyce's new kits - which gave me the Merry & Bright collaboration kit fwp.

Now I just have to find my mojo & Christmas spirit. Both seems to be packed away in a box somewhere. Probably way back out in the shed ir something. Made only one layout in November, and probably just a handful in October. No inspiration at all, I hope the next 12 days will get me going.

Once you get started, I have a feeling that you will be a scrapping fool!

Good morning ladies. I am relaxing for a bit with coffee and computer time before Jen and I start hauling out the Xmas bins. We'll do half today and half tomorrow. I will take a break and head up to the hospital for 3 hrs or so and then come home to do a bit more. Then repeat again tomorrow. Then I will work on the decorating throughout the wk as my schedule allows. Darrell might be coming home in the next 2-3 days. We need instruction on setting up the machine and giving the IV once he's home so hopefully we'll get the time for that set up soon. We'll be doing that for 3 wks and then reassess how he is doing.

I have one more xmas market next wkend and then will be done for the year. It's too bad we missed the one yesterday b/c it would have been a big money maker I think but hopefully we'll get in there again next year. I let the coordinator know what had happened and why I couldn't go so she knows I didn't just blow it off.

I don't need to create any more jewelry for sale now, I have a big enough inventory. I can just create for myself now when I want to. That'll be fun, getting back to my own pieces. I want to work with wire over the coming months and am looking forward to that.

I enjoyed scrapping a bit this wk and might get a bit more done later tonight.

@faerywings Sorry to hear of the kitchen disaster. Way to go with thinking of the silver lining (more room in the cabinet lol)!

I'd better get going, need to get dressed and take Remi out after I finish my coffee and then start on the Xmas stuff.

Icky Morning
Hope yours is better.
Its raining
:gloomy::gloomy::gloomy:
So NOT amused. Its almost 40°F.

The Corelle dish smashed and covered almost the entire floor with slivers. Thankfully, Cait was able to grab the dogs and keep them out of that mess, their poor paw pads would have been sliced up.
Oh man when they break they sure do shatter and then hide. Hope you were able to get it all cleaned up. Glad Cait got the dogs and kept them safe.
And I for sure don't know how you make it with so little daylight!
Practice. I'm AK all the way down in the DNA and I dont know better LOL Normally its not bad if I can get out and enjoy the outdoors. Plus we have lots of lights in the house so I dont feel it too bad. January is usually when it feels doom n gloom but again, If I can get out it helps. Even just walking the dogs in the driveway.

Not much going on here. Church then home again to do nothing. Might make pizza for dinner. We've run out of turkey :wow2: which is good but shocking that the 24lb birds gone. Guess it helps there are 5 of us eating it non-stop. Hope you all have a great day and the temps are normal for your area.
