Do you take daily vitamins/supplements/etc? I do and have for many years.

If so, I'd love to know what you take.
Vitamin D3 (my doctor told me to take this specific D for calcium; Biotin for hair skin and nails; recently added: Ocuvite for eye health - my eye doctor recommended this; also recently added Tumeric (I have really good chewable ones; odorless garlic. I also drink Dandelion Root Tea once a day. The tumeric, garlic and dandelion root are for water retention. I have a good friend who's a Certified Herbalist with the American Herbalist Society and honestly, the last 3 things work better than prescription water pills.

all i need is Oscraps, cOffee, chOcOlate & tOfu
Yes, I do. One multivitamin/mineral (usually just pick the one that's on sale when I need new ones), 1 Omega3 (made from algea cuz it's vegan) & one called Femarelle. Not sure if it's international or not, but it helps with my hot flashes.

Ohhhhh, I've been thinking of adding Omega 3 and we have an OTC med for hot flashes that I keep on hand. It's called Estroven and a nurse told me about it a few years ago. I swear it's better than any prescription I ever tried!

All I take is a calcium supplement with Vitamin D added. Some blood work a few years ago indicated that I might be starting to have some issues with bone health and the calcium helps with that.

Yes, we definitely need calcium, and I don't get enough from dairy.

This is impressive, Evelyn! I swear that I've felt better since I started taking Turmeric and garlic pills, and I forgot to add that I also take Potassium for my leg cramps. I really need to add Magnesium too. My Herbalist friend says I need milk thistle, too.

I blame it on my husband! :D He is a health nut in a good way. I need to be more like him as far as exercise but I do take the vitamins. He is the one who saw the importance of it first.

Just a few. I take vitamin D, calcium and magnesium for the muscles in my feet and legs. Without it, I get a lot of cramps.
beside these I try to eat as healthy as possible, mostly veggies and fruits from my garden and biological fruits and veggies.

I definitely need to start taking magnesium again. Have you tried Potassium for your leg cramps?

Well, I must admit that my husband eats way more healthy than I do. He's always been a vegetable and salad nut. He eats his greens daily - I know what you mean.

I used to take a lot of them. Before I got sick, I used more herbal remedies than traditional ones. when I got sick, I was inundated with prescription meds but my Lyme Dr used a lot of supplements along with the abx. I took Magnesium, Milk Thistle, Oil of Oregano, probiotics, Calcium/D3, Turmeric, and some others.
I admit that I got so sick and tired of taking pills that I only take a few Rxs and the supplements when I think of it. Garlic for when I get sick (I have used that since I was teaching pre-K and I swear by that). Magnesium ad Calcium/Vit D3. I really need to be better about the Calcium, I have Osteopenia and I know that I am on track for osteoporosis. Crud! That reminds me, I am overdue for my bone density scan...

no pills - healthy eating (lots of vegetables and fruit - many from our garden, no dairy products, no meat or fish) and a daily walk of at least 1.5 hours

As Gina I don't take pills ... My daily portions of vegetables and fruits give me enough energy ... I should build in some more movement...
Last week I had my annual blood check and all results were good...

I am also a non pill taker although my husband takes glucosamine Chondroitine for his bad knees and Calcium Magnesium +vitamin D3 to help build strong bones and to help with his leg cramps. If and when the dr. ever tells me I need to take something then I will start. Just have not had the need to yet. Blood results came back great, probably from my parents good genes?? I do try to keep active with swimming laps and hiking. Not much of that going on this week as I recoup from Covid let me tell you I want that gone!!#angry2

Sounds like you took a lot of the same ones I take. I think I have one more year before my next one density test. If all tests were that easy, we'd be in luck!!

I do take supplements and feel they make a difference for me. I take minerals (magnesium, potassium, etc.) and desiccated organs like liver and thymus.

I've never heard of an Apple Cider Vinegar gummy - I need to look into that.
