The Fixer Upper collection looks awesome Carolyn, the word arts crack me up!! :) I love watching the Reno shows on TV but hate doing it in real life!!! lol!!! and the Unicorn Dreams collection is super cute too! #kiss
 
We are too - and we had plans to renovate this house, after completing the back yard we kinda decided that will do :D we'd had enough of it by then LOL - oh we did get the kitchen painted and one of the bedrooms. Does that count :p

Yes the painting counts!!! hahhaaa!!! I need to 'fess up, I have had a kitchen buffet thingy sitting downstairs in the garage since we moved into this house in August 2019 ........... I "was" going to paint it a light grey.......... *cough* it is still there!!!!!!! bwhahhaaaa!!! But in my self defense, between my digital scrapping, my art journaling, photography and gardening how do I have the time!!!!! hahahaaa!!!!
 
Thank you Cheryl :) I do love letting a bit of my personality come through my designs via wordstrips & wordart - i like to include things I say, cos then I don't have to create extra wordstrips/wordart when I'm doing my layouts :p I'm lazy :P
 
Lots of good stuff here. Almost my whole house has been done, down to walls and floors (have the flooring mind you and it's lay and click laminate) - but I just don't have the want to after converting the attic to an efficiency apt for one son and a basment man cave for the other. Added value to the house for sure, but I'm done!
