I'm Elka Romero. I'm Brazilian. Since 2007, I’ve been licensing my art internationally for individual and small business owners, first for scrappers and then for card makers and paper crafters. Maybe some of the designers at Oscraps can remember me. I hope so. I'm divorced and I have a daughter. I live in a city near the Atlantic ocean... Beautiful and warmy place.
