Anyone else lose files?

Apparently I deleted a layout that I shared in the gallery back in November. I was bummed to have to recreate the layout, but then realized with my credits listed it would be pretty easy. Much to my dismay, I realized that I have four products that I'd used in it missing from my computer! Who knows what else I've lost. I was really frustrated.Then I realized that the download files are still on my order history on Oscraps! Thank you Oscraps! A helpful feature would be able to search your history for products. I'm still poking around my multiple orders trying to find one product, but I'm excited to have these three back!
 
What a roller coaster ride! I hope you end up with everything back where it belongs.
 
YAY that your downloads are still there :) Unfortunately it's not an option for you all to search for a specific product in your order history, but I can do it for you! Email which one(s) you're looking for - support@oscraps.com
 
I'm so slow in downloading and save my kits, so I'm forever grateful to Or practice links to not disappear after week, like on other places! :yo:
 
Cinda, if you keep the messages about your orders at your mailbox you can search there. I don't delete the last year orders messages at my gmail, and always find them at this way.
 
So do I Felis ... And once a week I clean up my HD and make a backup of my files on two external HD ...

That's so sweet of you to offer! I just kept looking between when the products were released and when I posted my layout and eventually found them all!

That's amazing! I need to clean up my HD! I use Carbonite to back-up, but they only keep what's on your HD so I guess it's not failsafe. Maybe I need to go back to an external HD.
 
So glad you got your items, Cinda! I know is frustrating to lose things. I lose my mind at least a dozen times a day. I wish there was a re-download for that! :) The O is so user friendly for us.

I need to be more pro-active in backing up. Again!!!
