what else do you do

I used to work full time as an x-ray tech...but for now I'll stay a SAHM until Addie starts full time pre-school here in Fayetteville or until my unemployment runs out. I'm going to start volunteer at the military hospital and hopefully get an extra letter after my name in my x-ray credentials if I volunteer in Mammography. We'll see. Plus if I volunteer there and a job were to open up...never know what could happen. There are no x-ray jobs around here...there are only 2 hospitals though unless I wanted to drive at least an hour to get to an area that would have more work availibility.

What else do I do...go to church and chutch activities. I love that. I would read but my computer addiction is bad enough I don't need something else. Oh....my favorite thing to do is to sleep. If I could make a living sleeping...I would. I love it. It is the best. I love taking photos but I am not a photographer. That's all I can think of right now.
 
Oooohhh ... great question Helena! Let's see ... I work full time, but I don't have any kids, so my spare time is ALL creative, be it digi-scrappin' card making, photography (very amateur!) and I'm currently making all the wedding stationery (invites, RSVP's, Order of Service, table card, seating plans etc) for a friend who gets married in June! Eeeekkk ... when I see it written down like this, it's no wonder I'm so exhausted! LOL! What about you?
 
Me.. my life's pretty boring in some senses. I work. Go home. Scrap. Sleep. No kids or hubby yet, so just me.

But I'm a self-employed photographer. Love doing that & have been in business for 2 years now! I also spend lots of time with my family or babysitting cousins or family dinners. Watching movies. Reading. I wish my friends lived closer than they do so I could spend more time with them. Lately I've been spending more time with my brother & some of his friends.

Eh. Scrapping is where it's at! hehe!
 
Great question. I have a 34 hour per week job as a pediatric physical therapist, I spend time with my husband when he gets in off the road for his salesman job, I exercise- and now I will clear the clutter and work at a total basement remodel due to 1" of water in my basement!

as for me...I am a sahm I have been for 10 years now...i used to work in an assisted living job....my goal was to get my CNA as soon as both my children (at the time i had only 2) were in school full time but by the time my middle was in school...along came helena so that has put that on hold for another 5 years..shes 3 now and so now i got 2 more years *sigh* i love to read...if i could make a living reading..i totally would LOL....i love to take pictures but am no professional but i think it would be nice to do that one day professionally......other than taking care of my 3 kids....2 dogs...2 lizards and our house and acreage....the only "me" time i seem to fit in is reading a bit and my computer time.....i dont get out of the house much....and its slowly driving me insane i think LOL...gotta keep reminding myself...2 more years....2 more years....

My husband and I own two businesses, his is on hold right now, but Ocean Wide designs is my graphic design & website development business, with some light photography. I'm actually shutting down the website development side of it for now because I simply don't have the time for more problem customers. So it's just freelance graphic design & photography for now. I love doing digiscrap designing :) I can easily spend all day finishing a kit.

Other than that we travel a lot, we used to go on day trips at least once a month but then we got super frugal because 1) we're planning on buying a house 2) we want to get out of debt. And with gas prices at what they are, we probably wont travel again until May. Right now it's $4/gal where we live.
We also go camping, hiking, geocaching, kayaking, gold prospecting etc... lots of active outdoorsy stuff. I craft... small projects... knitting, sewing, ... I also bake a lot and cook when my husband is home from work.

I think that covers it!
 
I work in a greenhouse part-time.
On monday until 5pm, get home, rush to take a shower, maybe get something to eat, girls are at my parents house on mondays, and eat overthere.
5.45pm I have to pick up Imke, she needs to go to her swimminglessons. Hubby goes home with the youngest, en puts her into bed at 7pm.
7.30pm I get home with Imke, she goes to sleep. I start cooking my pizza or something else what is ready fast enough LOL
Tuesdays and thursdays I work until 3pm. Pick up Imke from school at 3.30pm.
Those are the 'busy days'
The rest of the week.. fold the laundry.. watch Australian Master Chef LOL read.. surf the internet..

Ah, and now and then do something usefull in and around the house
