Hi I am trying to upload a page to the Gallery it say's I have reached my limits today I have not uploaded any pages today and only uploaded three yesterday

I managed to upload today.
When you upload a page and add it to other categories right away, such as a challenge or designer gallery, the gallery counts each of those categories as another upload. So, one page can theoretically count as 3 uploads---your member gallery, a challenge gallery, and a designer gallery, for example.
The best way to get around that if you have multiple pages is to just upload to your own member gallery. Once it's posted, go to that layout, click on "photo options" in the upper right corner, select "edit photo", and add the additional galleries from there. That way it only counts as one upload.
The counter resets every 24 hours, so you may have just crossed the deadline and started a new 24-hour period that enable you to upload more pages today.
