Okay, now that we all have to stay at home, what are you doing what you normally never do? I am still going to work so not much changes for me, but I read everywhere on fb that people are bored and start baking etc.
Bake more yourself? Want to cook more? or something else ?

Vera like you I am still working, but at home.
My job has increased since the beginning of the lockdown.
I do more cooking because we have 2 meats each day...
I started to practise exercise to reinforce my back, because to be sitting all the day in a bad chair is not good for my back.
When we began the lockdown I wish I would have more time to spend with my children...

I go for a walk everyday as long as its not pouring rain and I also paint. I have not started baking as I am Keto and that would be asking for trouble for me LOL.

I follow a paleo like food plan (Voedselzandloper for the Dutchies and Belgians). I can bake but the almond
flour (and other kinds) are expensive. But I'm start making my own broth because I can't bare the yeast extract they put in all the commercial versions..

Other good news is that I found my scrapping mojo somewhere ;)

What I miss with the lockdown is my visit to the weekly market ... I bought all my fruit and vegetables there at a very low price ... In the local vegetable shop it is very expensive and in the supermarket I find the vegetables less fresh. ..
Sometimes I bake bread ... usually this is based on whole wheat spelled flour or oatmeal with a lot of seeds and kernels ...

It has been 6 weeks since I visited my mom and my grandchildren ... I only hear my mom on the phone ... we can facetime with my grandchildren ...
My son and daughter-in-law work at home, but the combination of homework and the children at home starts to weigh heavily ... their cleaning lady is not coming for the time being, so they now have to clean themselves ...
Fortunately, it has been nice weather in Belgium for a while and they have a garden in which they can play ... I look forward to seeing them again and helping them ...

As with most of you, the most painful thing about this confinement is not seeing the family, and first of all the grand kids. 7 weeks without kisses, 4 remote birthdays.
Holidays canceled: normally I should be in Sicily since Monday .... aaarrggh! I also have a week's vacation in Austria in June, but that won't be possible either.
We have just realized that the wedding of my husband's son, which was planned in September, will not be possible either. Family reunions with a large number of people will be prohibited for months more.
At the beginning of confinement, as I am in "the region of France where it all started" we remained really very confined, we were far too afraid to catch this filth.
Now it starts to seem really long. The whole house has been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, I have done a lot of sewing: but I am running out of material!
I did a lot of painting and watercolor: but I am running out of material!
I have really hard to scrap for the moment, no desire, no ideas, I don't like being in front of the computer yet.
I hope we can go out a little soon (after May 11!) and widen the perimeter of the walks. With new photos, surely the pleasure of scrap will return
I really hope that we will have a little more freedom soon, but I also fear this famous second wave....

Stay all safe ! hugs !

I am doing a smattering of things with absolutely no consistency. Some days I will have a project such as steam cleaning or painting part of the dining room. The kitchen island needs to be done in a week or so. Other days, I spend hours trying to get a shop from home spot so I can get groceries. Other days I waste time online.
I am very, *very* lucky that my "kids" (21 and 23) are home with us. They are a lot of fun and keep me laughing.
The weather in NJ has been horrible, cold and rainy, so outdoor activities have been limited.
We are in no shape whatsoever to start opening up any time soon and I am relieved that my governor is not rushing to do so.

I've worked from home for so long that is norm for me, so not much has changed there. Moreso dealing with the kids "homeschooling" adjustment has been the big thing here. I actually can't think there is anything I'm doing "out of the norm". I workout from home anyway, so that's about the same as well.

Not much has really happened for me as I was also working from home with some part time out at a sales job (that one stopped). I ended up with more websites to build (what I do in real life). My husband is home now as well as he's usually overseas with clients. Now he is in meetings online all day and night (depending on time zones). We have completed more projects for the house since we are both home at concentrated levels, so that is a good thing. My girls are still in Denmark where they go to school and we are waiting to find out if their school continues online or if they have finals in person. If online, we are thinking of getting them home to us.

I still go to work every day. I'm lucky, I still get to go out each day and see other people. Not much has changed for me.
I did start sewing a shirt for myself. It's been a long time since I have used the sewing machine.

I've heard of that paleo food plan before but I don't know it.
Great that you found your mojo back!

We whattapp with Jolien every day, but I haven't seen her in a few weeks. We skype with the in-laws, and I regularly go to my sister to visit my father, but with social distancing.

I am also happy that Robbe is still at home, although I wonder if he likes it that much. I don't think I would have liked it to be in the house with my parents at that age for so long: D

I hear and read from many parents that it is becoming difficult to teach children at home

I already hear stories here that they want to encourage home work after the lockdown, especially now that there are fewer traffic jams, etc.

I spend more time with my pets, scrap more, worked in the garden more than usual. Not baking or cooking. Hubby is home full time working. That is interesting. Unfortunately I am dealing with pancreatitis issues that has hindered my walking because of the pain.

Vera, I think if I only had one of my kids home it would be different. But my two are very close and are best friends (most of the time!). That makes a difference.

Sharon- ugh! I hope that you feel better asap!

I still teach English online in the mornings and answer a support line in the evenings. I'm trying to keep up with my pilates, but am not doing so well not having a specific time to leave the house to workout. Our youngest son has been baking. My husband is working from home and our oldest son is home, continuing his college classes online. I've got more scrapping and reading done. Some cleaning, but I should do more...

I still walk, almost every day and go shopping.
I have worked in my garden, great weather for that. removed lots of grass and moss in the shadowy parts.
I even got my sewing machine out. I recycled 2 tshirts. one not a big succes and and other is okay. but for the at home time, they will do!
I have baked, the kids love that!
Maya still works from (our) home, that is all well organised in her job/office.
Haye has one semester of his uni year to finish, students are also used to an online life.
And my husband took his first walk with crutches outside today!
