Thank you so much, Vicki Robinson! I had purchased PSE 2025 but was unable to resize or rotate elements once they were placed on the layout. I contacted customer support and they could not help me so I asked for a refund. I wrote a post about it and Vicki figured out what the problem was! I needed to check the box under the tool options that said "Show bounding box"! Once I did that it worked! I am now going to ask Adobe to reinstate my license!

It's just crazy that the default is unchecked! It causes a problem every upgrade!
I despise some the the ways programs and upgrades change things and especially the defaults where sometimes you just don't know what to do or what it is!
Exactly. It would be more than help if they would provide at least a summary of all changes each time there is an upgrade.
