The Northern Lights

The northern lights are so beautiful. It breaks my heart that I missed them.

You are a complete night owl compared to me, I have close to 3 hours, or at least 2, of shut eye by then.

I can't even relate - I don't hit my stride until about 10 PM.

I wish I had stayed up for it but I ended up falling asleep long before they were visible here but I have seen all the amazing photos posted on FB. Last night we might have seen them again but our skies were too smoky b/c of the BC wildfires.

Sadly, our skies were too cloudy the second night, Rae. I had never seen them before, so it was such a thrill for me.

Beautiful photos! here the notthern lights are always green - teal, so I'm really impressed with all those reds, so pretty!

I'm so happy that we could share pictures with you, Grace. They were beautiful here.

We were so lucky to see them on Friday night, but I didn't manage to stay up again the next night. Not much colour for us until I used my phone camera either and then they were incredible. View attachment 419021View attachment 419022
