Sad news today

Our sister-in-law, Dana, had breast cancer over 30 years ago. She then got kidney cancer a few years later. She got diagnosed with breast cancer in the other breast around the same time as I did two years ago. I found out today that she now has a tumor in her heart! Please pray for her! Also, my cousin, Judy, goes to the doctor Monday. We are praying she doesn’t have thyroid cancer. I go for my 2nd post breast cancer mammogram on Monday as well. I am always nervous before my mammograms since I had breast cancer two years ago.

Thank you so much, Ona. I don’t know when they will do Dana’s heart surgery. She was getting pre surgery tests run to have knee surgery when they found the heart tumor. I feel so bad for her. She’s been through so much. My cousin is like the sister I never had and I am worried about her as well. It’s hard to see loved ones suffer.
 
What a terrible ordeal your sister-in-law has gone through; cancer is a terrible disease. I'd never heard of heart cancer before.
I wish you much courage, Evelyn, when you have to go for your mammogram.

Thank you so much, Vera! They don't know for sure if her heart tumor is malignant yet. I imagine they will have to operate. I will keep you posted.
 
Oh, I am so sorry... this sounds like too much for one family to handle... Wishing you all some good news and inner strength as you are going through this.

Thank you so much, Olga! I will get my results tomorrow and hopefully my cousin will as well. I’m not sure when they will do surgery on Dana’s heart.
 
O my, what awfull news. I am so sorry. So terrible to have such bad luck getting cancer three times. Just horrible.
Thinking of you and your family. I now about being nervous before the mammograms. Wish you the best of luck!!
 
Man, I hate that C word! So sorry. Praying your mammogram is clear and your SIL is healed by God, and that your cousin doesn't have thyroid cancer!
