posting pictures

can someone tell me how I can post pictures (in the forums or a post). Do I have to upload them to a third party site first?

yes! Alyssa you need to get the url from a site such as flickr, photobucket or the like, where you have uploaded your photo. Then you can click on the little "mountain" icon in the toolbar to add the photo.

Unless you are talking about your gallery layouts...Then you can just pull them from the gallery.

how do I do that? do i just copy the url?

To copy your image from your gallery, right click on it and copy the image address, then there is two different ways to paste in the image.

On your reply box you can see a little yellow square, which has two triangles (or mountains!) and a teeny stamp like square. Click on that then paste the image url.

there is no space between the image tags and the url address
