It’s time for another challenge from Anna Aspnes. The AnnaTeam selects one creative page from the Anna gallery as the weekly ‘AnnaLift.’ Be inspired, create your own ‘AnnaLift,’ upload your page to the Anna gallery and include it here in this forum thread. Upload your page by Friday 12.27.19 by 8:00 pm EST with the title, ‘AnnaLift. ’ One lucky participant will be randomly selected to win a $5.00 GiftKard to Anna’s shop.

HOW IT WORKS: Each Saturday the AnnaTeam posts one creative page from the Anna gallery as the weekly ‘AnnaLift.’ Check out the inspiration page and decide what speaks to you. Is it the design, the color, the wordART, or maybe the photo? Then enjoy artfully playing—there is no right or wrong way to ArtPlay.

Choose ONE idea to lift or choose it ALL and lift it completely. Be inspired, create your ‘AnnaLift’ and then upload your page to the Anna gallery, plus include it here in this forum thread. It would be great if you could link back to your page in the gallery too!

Anna’s products mix well with so many kits/designers and Anna welcomes you to include these with your Anna Products on your AnnaLift page.

Four Generations by bcazzell

Ancestral and amazing accurately describes this week’s lift. Vintage black and white photos combined with pink-tinted ones featuring four generations of strong women immediately captures your attention. A mixture of square and oval frame showcases the photos and adds depth and perspective to the contemporary yet nostalgic layout. Although the predominant color is the pastel pink, the darker pink tones in the frames warm up the design and add a sense of drama to the heritage design. The two black and white photos contain the arrangement while the oval framed photos effectively balance the photo grouping. A smattering of journaling, subtle flowers, stitchez, stains and a brad perfectly compliment the vintage vibe. This accomplished artist skillfully chronicles her family history by creating fabulous vintage art with a modern day flair—she’s designed a treasured keepsake for generations to come.

IDEAS TO INSPIRE: Use ONE or MORE of the following in your AnnaLift layout.
• Use a multiple photo format or a template with more than one photo.
• Include a family member’s photo—vintage or current.
• Combine colored/tinted photos with black and white photos.
• Try adding a tint to a black and white photo.
• Use a monochromatic color palette—either soft or bold .
• Add some journaling.
• Accent with brushwork, stitchez, stains brads or scribbles.

The deadline for the AnnaLift is extended to January 10th. (I'm going on a holiday to Vegas, baby. Wish me luck.)
