It’s time for another challenge from Anna Aspnes. The AnnaTeam selects one creative page from the Anna gallery as the weekly ‘AnnaLift.’ Be inspired, create your own ‘AnnaLift,’ upload your page to the Anna gallery and include it here in this forum thread. Upload your page by Friday 08.23.19 by 8:00 pm EST with the title, ‘AnnaLift. ’ One lucky participant will be randomly selected to win a $5.00 GiftKard to Anna’s shop.

HOW IT WORKS: Each Saturday the AnnaTeam posts one creative page from the Anna gallery as the weekly ‘AnnaLift.’ Check out the inspiration page and decide what speaks to you. Is it the design, the color, the wordART, or maybe the photo? Then enjoy artfully playing—there is no right or wrong way to ArtPlay.

Choose ONE idea to lift or choose it ALL and lift it completely. Be inspired, create your ‘AnnaLift’ and then upload your page to the Anna gallery, plus include it here in this forum thread. It would be great if you could link back to your page in the gallery too!

Anna’s products mix well with so many kits/designers and Anna welcomes you to include these with your Anna Products on your AnnaLift page.

THIS WEEK WE ARE LIFTING:
City Fun by caapmun

Vibrant and urbane totally describes this week’s lift. The bold cityscape pulsates off the page. Glowing lights illuminating an avenue at night draw you into the design and move you along the road. The dark background enhances the edgy vibe while bright transfers increase the dramatic clout. Red car lights and a grungy red title create visual tension and provide an element of perspective. A variety of visual effects like electric stitchez, radiant stains and silver textures add a dynamic twist to this urban art. This very talented artist has created color-charged art that illuminates the vibrancy of a urban city at night.

IDEAS TO INSPIRE: Use ONE or MORE of the following in your AnnaLift layout.
• Create a layout that showcases an urban scene, city or a building.
• Include a perspective that leads you into the design.
• Use bold, vibrant colors on a dark background or add contrasting colors in your layout.
• Use at least one or more FotoGlows or LightLeaks in your layout.
• Accent with splatters, textures, charms, buttons and/or art strokes.
• Include some wordART or a title.

Thanks Christy and caapmun for this great inspiration. Not the city but a good page for that day and I would have never thought of it to tell the story.

I absolutely love that layout!
I really like how the photo pulls the viewer in. So I thought I'd let the photo escape the confines of the frame.

My son-in-law getting ready for the wedding. Their wonderful photographer took some city shots in North Beach, San Francisco, where the guys were getting ready, giving me good subject for the lift!
