Needing creative suggestions

My DGS is sick, so he laid still long enough for his mom to take this beautiful picture. I used some PS magic on it, but cannot come up with a title or word art that add to, but does not distract from the picture. I'd love some input from all you Wordies out there! Thanks so much!

I would go with one word. A distressed script font above the photo. Something simple like, "loved" or "bittersweet" He is adorable, but you know he doesn't feel well and he looks a bit sad and not 100% in the photo.

That's just my two cents!!
