So I sent a thank you email to MyCustomCase.com and told them how awesome my case was. They sent me a great email back and clearly had looked at my artwork. 
She also said that in my box were five discount referral coupons for 25% off. If three of them get redeemed, I get to design another case completely for free - no shipping even!
