Layout size

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with my layouts once I have uploaded into the gallery here, I cannot have the image size any greater than 250 x 250 because if I do its saying that I've exceeded the limit

your help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

I don't what program you use for your pages.

In Photoshop I choose
File - export - save for web
jpg - quality 80%
image size 600 x 600 px

I also use save for web.
The size can be 600x600, but it can not be over 250 kb. Maybe that is the problem.

I use photoshop and just save png I forgot about to save to web..
