Hey Everyone! :wave:

It’s Friday and time for another challenge from Anna Aspnes.

Each Friday the AnnaTeam selects one creative page from the Anna gallery as the weekly ‘AnnaLift.’ Check out the inspiration page and decide what speaks to you. Is it the design, the color, the wordART, or maybe the photo? Choose ONE idea from the page to lift or choose it ALL and lift it completely. There is no right or wrong way to ArtPlay. Be inspired and create your ‘AnnaLift’ and then upload your page to the Anna gallery. Upload your page by Thursday 2.23.12 by NOON EST with the title, ‘AnnaLift ’ and one lucky participant will be randomly selected to win a $5 GiftKard to Anna’s shop. The winner will be posted each Thursday here in the forum.

Yes, this week was Valentine’s Day, but if you LOVE chocolate any day is just fine! The AnnaTeam found this ‘SaWeet’ page in the gallery by Crafty Kacy, ‘I’m not a quitter’ that reminded us all of our LOVE of chocolate.

This page is filled with sweet goodness from the center photo of those decadent candies to the ‘Chocolate’ title work that looks almost sugar coated. Crafty Kacy brilliantly pulled the colors and textures from her chocolate treats and worked them into her page by using ‘cherry’ mauve, ‘vanilla’ cream, ‘chocolate’ brown, and golden ‘caramel’ as her color palette (well, that’s what I’m calling them!) and then repeating the candy wrappers folded lines in her framing and layering around the photo. The WordArt ‘Chocolate’ and ‘Love’ with her supporting journaling and heartfelt selection of brushwork tell her ‘love story’ perfectly!

Check out Crafty Kacy’s delicious page and decide which piece or pieces of this design idea are tempting to you. Just like chocolates, the AnnaLift is always your choice as to how you are inspired to create whatever you LOVE. hmmm. this will present a challenge on two levels. i will have to scrap an Atkins Bar! this is a great choice, Donna!

I pick the concept of one main photo with other images around based on the inspiration page.

I hope I am doing this correctly.

Here ya go Ann (from Diane :)) (what you have to do is rt click on your layout, select copy image location, then here in the forum, select the box with the pic of the mountain, and paste into the pop up...hope that helps!)
