All of a sudden all my keywords seem to have disconnected from their elements. For instance, I will search in Oscraps (including all subfolders) for the keyword "Floral." I know I have hundreds of "Floral" elements in Oscraps, but the box where they would show up says there's nothing there. I hope someone can tell me I just have a setting off somewhere. I've spent HUNDREDS of hours tagging my supplies in Bridge! :help:

After a session with a tech from Adobe, it seemed the problem was fixed. But when I was on my own after the session, it was still not working right. I finally decided to check the box that will include unindexed items, even though I had tried that before with no success. NOW it worked. Somehow my things became unindexed! How did THAT happen? It takes FOREVER for them to re-index themselves, but I'm just happy they seem to be doing it, and my keywords will work again after I go thru this process. There is a new problem, though. Some of my wordart thumbnails are solid black now instead of having white backgrounds. I can't read what they say without opening them. But I'm up WAY past my bedtime, so I will worry about that tomorrow.
