Karen's are so cute and lots of different styles. One thing I do is keep "invitation envelopes" - nice white ones and they're 4 3/8 x 5 3/4 A2 Envelopes. which is the size I prefer - they do make larger ones, and even square ones.
What I've done is print out some of the new lovely journal cards - they're almost the perfect size. You can alter them or add Happy Birthday, etc. I love these cards by Anna: they're 3x4 and kind of funky (just an example - there are a ton on Journal cards in the store.

Another idea, Lilach just came out with Journal cards that have clipping masks in them. You could even leave the month on the card, and take everything else off and add digital elements that you want to add. A cute picture of the client and her friend would make a lovely card They come in 3x4 and 6x4. cards:
