Is anyone having issues with the new PS CC 27.1 upgrade re paint brush tool?

I seem to have an issue where when I am painting it paints more than where I have my brush (ie: I am painting in a photo using a black mask and white painting back in)... It overpaints more than where I am painting. I still have the older version as well on my computer and went and looked and tested and that still works normal.. where I place my brush it paints in not painting more than the area in the older version.

I checked all the settings in the new version re the paint brush tool, have reset it etc., but it still is doing this. Anyone else with this issue? I tried to see if Adobe noted but I can't find anything on anyone else having that issue.

No, I haven't had that problem. How odd. Are you using a Pen Tablet instead of a mouse?

No pen tool. V26 works fine v27 is the issue but i just updated windows this morning and v27 seems better. Will play with it more tomorrow it was just all over the place! Thanks though for your response!!

Let us know if it keeps happening and maybe together we can figure it out. But for now, let's hope those gremlins stay gone for good!
