I have been talking about this recipe for Olive Garden Copycat Vegan Breadsticks in the Daily Ooos for a while now. It is too good not to share.
I make them in my bread machine even though the recipe gives directions to make them by hand. I have also made them non-vegan using regular sugar and butter. The other day I added dried rosemary and garlic powder with the flour and brushed the tops with butter/ garlic/rosemary and salt. Yum!!
The only small changes I need to make (other than the garlic/rosemary) is keeping a close eye on the dough ball in the machine. It typically needs more flour than the recipe calls for. I found that letting them rise the second time for more than an hour really makes them super light and fluffy on the inside.
