I have been wondering why my steps seem so much higher than I expect. I avg about 9K steps a day, which seems a lot to me, since I think I am pretty sedentary.
I thought maybe because I am short, it takes my little legs more steps to get from one end of the room to the other.
But Nope!! I got it now! It is from all of those times I walk into a room, forget what I was supposed to be doing, walk back out of the room, remember what I needed, go back into the room, forget...
Anyone relate??
