EEKKKKK!! I just looked and I get so busy that I don't even realize how many I have open. I have 25 tabs open right now!! No wonder my computer "hits the wall" occasionally. #angry2

Oh, my... and I thought I was bad with 12 open tabs! But that is because I was uploading CT LOs to several galleries and other sites.
Sheesh I start to freak out if I have more than 4 tabs open LOL

just opened a thrid one to read this thread... but I can have up to 20 as I tend to open everything in a new tab - it is my way of reminding myself to take a look at something without interrupting my current activity. Oh, and of course when ipoaling layouts - keep EVERYTHING open to copy/paste links etc...
I have about 56 open, but that is only because I am going through recipes to save on my Google Drive account...LOL You know how it is, middle clicking on things...the funny thing is, I go through one of those "Taste of Home" or other recipe sites' galleries, and it takes me a few days to get around to copying and pasting stuff into my recipe folder, so after I log out of my work computer and back into my own favorite computer, I am met with a ton of tabs. I just finished saving stuff that had been up on here for a few days, while catching up on emails and listening to podcasts, and I ended up finding a third browser window that I had forgotten I had opened, hence SO many tabs being opened. It is about time for bed, so they will stay where they are, for now....thank goodness for being able to hibernate your computer When I am NOT saving recipes, I usually have about six or seven tabs open. As long as I can stay away from Pinterest, it usually stays around that amount...LOL

I will admit that I have had so many open, that it doesn't show anymore when you click to open in a new tab. Then I've had to go through and close some, so that I could access the last one opened to close it I have issues

The same thing happens to me - it gets completely full! I don't know how I manage to do it ALL the time, but I do. typically i have 2 browsers open and about 5-6 tabs on each - right now it is 11 total. but i have to closer one down for awhile as it really slows down my pc
for those with 30 or more how many browsers are u using at one time - i just opened up some more to see how many can be easily seen and it was 10 each.

I only use one browser - google chrome. My laptop is new though older laptops/pc's won't run as good as newer ones do. And having a good amount of RAM helps. This laptop has 16GB RAM - my desktop (is upstairs and I'm too lazy to go up there everytime i want to do something) has 32GB RAM
