Hello from the Sierras

Love the Anna Aspnes products and am challenging myself to post one layout by the end of this month....I live north of Lake Tahoe and mostly scrap family events. I enjoy hiking, cooking, Photography and most of all GOLF so mostly scrap in the slower Winter months up here in the snow.

I'd consider myself an advanced beginner...know just enough to get a simple layout done and not enough to feel successful with the more complex techniques....gradient mask, drop shadows, etc. Love to see the beautiful layouts in the gallery and sigh...If I could only do THAT!

Marcia, welcome to Oscraps. we all started out as beginners, then as you said, advanced beginners. My best advice for learning new techniques is to *play.* Save often and just go nuts with the different blending styles or text techniques. That is the best part about digi-- if you don't like something or do something "wrong," Ctrl-Z is your friend! LOL
