I'm considering because there is so much more I want to know how to do and recent changes are just confounding me. I am completely self-taught. My question is - was it worth it? Recommendations?

I just made a step to my new set up, from a laptop to a desktop.
On my laptop i had 2016 PS, i can dream that one.
But me and my thinking well everything is better on the creative cloud one.
So i made the step over.
Well my frustration is running high at the moment.
Nothing looks, works like i am used to.
So i think a lesson isn't a bad idea lol
So i am gonna follow this thread

where do you follow that webinar? I would also like to know the new features.
