In my not-so-humble opinion, we deserve much more than a "day," but until then, I am celebrating and honoring each and every one of you!

Are there any specific women you admire? Personally, historically, contemporaneously?It goes without saying that I adore my mom. She has made me who I am (for better or worse LOL). I also adore my daughter who has a strong sense of self, is smart and compassionate.
JK Rowling, for both her imagination and her activism with Lumos.
Scarlett O'Hara for being a kick-ass female.
Elizabeth Warren for going toe to toe with the "big boys" of Wall Street

I am sure I have plenty more but want to hear about yours

Happy International Women's Day, girls!

I can say without any doubt Joy Adamson! This woman was amazing, my life inspiration, and I'm always look on her as something as goddess.

From present days this definitely is Nikki Reed! That lady is perfect in every aspect of the life. As mother, wife, business lady, eco and animal activist, activist for women's rights and fare working environment and I'm sure I miss at least few more causes. Even don't have to mention that she is AcroYoga and wife of Ian Somerhalder. She's wonder woman!

I can list few other woman as Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Emma Watson, Katherine Heigl and of course Vera Brittain, which I also admire for their works as activists and influence. Hmm, and I feel as I'm miss someone...
