gift certificate

Not sure this is the ideal place to post this, but I'm trying to access an Oscrap gift certificate my son bought for me on Jan 24, 2009. I've sent a couple of messages to Oscrap "Contact Us" but haven't heard back. I thought I would receive notification by email, but my son said the order only asked for my physical mailing address. Love Oscraps--would love to scrap with new goodies this weekend. Suggestions?

Hi Jane, I just sent the store owner an email to come look at your post. Hopefully it will help. I know customer service is great M-F, I'm not sure what the weekend hours are.
