I think I finally "get" Anna's Artzy Kardz! Woot!

So I "need" to begin collecting them! So MANY to choose from. Which are your favorites...most versatile...most "go to" ones. I wish I could have them all, but.....

ooo that is tough. Let me go look and I'll be back...

its so hard to choose because it depends on the layout but i use these a lot

ArtsyKardz Chance
ArtsyKardz Delightful
ArtsyKardz Destiny
ArtsyKardz Go Retro
ArtsyKardz Hello Autumn
ArtsyKardz Happy Life

Oh dear that is quite a list! Tripacks are the best bang for your buck because of the .psd versions of the cards, you can use all the extra glows and transfers etc. of those on other layouts!! Oh and 6x6 ones are super cool!

I've never used an Artzy Kard. Now with the ladder challenge, I started sorting my Anna supplies into folders and realized I had 2 that was given as a freebie once. I hadn't realized they were layered psd-files. I thought they were like any other card you see. Now I need to try one LOL

yes clip a photo to the paint or transfer layer of the card for a nice artsy look!
great ideas here!

I'm a fan too and have started a collection. Sometimes I go to a new one and pull the layers apart to see what I can use. Great fun. I've found myself going back to Delightful and Hello Autumn most often but I'm not a natural at this whole artsy thing and you should pay me no attention. Any of them can be used in any number of different ways. I'm finding there's really no end to the magic of Anna's artsy!

If you purchase the kit that goes with the AKs I think I would go with either the AK or the 4 x 6 AK. If you are just purchasing the AK, I would go with the 6 x 6 AK because they are easily enlarged to become the foundation for a page. They provided a defined space to work with which makes design easier (at least for me).

My favorites are Hello Autumn, Embrace Life, Home, and For the Record. :)

There are so many favorites but I often go back to ArtsyKardz Elegance and ArtsyKardz Storm.

I don't think I've ever tried them. I have to say her designs intimidate me because I see all these gorgeous layouts and don't think I could make anything that pretty so I usually get scared away!

Oh I used to feel that way too! It took me forever to try an Artplay but once I did I was hooked. All that artsy stuff is used just like any element such as a button , Anna has done all the hard work like blending for you. I can't not use her artsy papers and I am completely addicted to the transfers that come in the artplays!! Try one, you'll see! If you have any questions I would be happy to walk you through it!

Oh, Andrea - I so can relate to this! I was so scared for Anna's designs, because they are so different from everything else. I thought I had to have an MD in Photoshop or something (and I only had PSE 6 then). Thought it was way out of my league. Then I downloaded Saffron Villa, and I realized - I don't have to be good at scrapping - Anna's done that for me already. I was a bit shocked that it was so easy to get layouts that looked like I was a Photoshop wizard.

If you haven't done it already, download Saffron Villa and try it. It's so much easier than you think.
