feel like all your layouts look the same? I get like that a lot! If they don't look the same then the process in creating them was the same and feels mindless some days. I need to try something new, scraplift a new style i think.

I guess you have your own style then! But I don't think yours all look the same. Mine are pretty much all over the place when it comes to style! Maybe it's because I get bored easily! LOL!

Perhaps you need to lift from one of your favorite scrappers?? I know I get into a rut after a awhile and think that it all looks the same after a while. Try something you wouldn't normally use. It can be liberating!

I think that picking a product that you wouldn't normally pick and making something new with it sometimes helps too!

Well I can't say I do feel this way.....I have the NEED to be able to try and scrap in all kinds of styles....mostly the kit tells me what style to scrap in....based on the papers....blending is my fave...so if there are excellent blending papers and lots of brushes...well....that is usually where I go.....but if it's chalked full of flowers, ribbons, cutesy elements, I will do a clustery page. If I can get some grunge in there somewhere I will....and almost always if I have a photo in mind, it's going to be a nearly full page photo page.

I find that most of my pages are "Right Side Heavy" I just naturally put my photos in the bottom right quadrant of the page.

I don;t feel that they look the same since I don't have a style of my own to speak of...... in fact I think sometimes my pages always look "off" because I don't think anyone would ever recognize them as mine-- there is no common thread in any of them-so I guess I have the opposite problem.

Definitely. And I do try to scraplift or use a template or even challenge myself to start with something different. I still feel like 90% of my pages look pretty similar though. Another thought-provoking scrappy question, Heather!

For me it really depends on the kit I'm working with how my layout will look when it's finished.
