December Album

Anyone do it? There are a lot of classes about to start for the month of December to create an album or even an Xmas one.

I've done 2 albums so far, in 2010, I followed Shimelle's Journal Your Christmas album. Last year, I did a December Daily. I guess this year will be the same although I might change the format/theme etc.

So who's doing it?

I've got a Christmas album I started back in my paper days and I try to maintain that each year. That way each year, we can look back over the holidays year by year in one album. I'm woefully behind on it though.

I'm a Journal Your Christmas old timer - I've done it 4 years running, each one being different. Each year I start off ambivalent and can't decide whether I'm going to bother, and then I get going on about Day 4.

In 2008 I did a hybrid album - very tactile but a bit discordant.

In 2009 I did a super clean and easy album inspired by Ali Edwards and using Anna stash that I had way back then.

In 2010 I used templates by Biograffiti and Then There Was You collab between Biograffiti & Taylormade Designs.

And in 2011 I did an art journal which is dirty, grungey and on my office shelf - so no pictures. It has to be paper based as I was away for the whole of Christmas with no internet.



So, should I do another album this year? I'll still have no internet so I'm not sure how well I'll fair.
