Okay...Chris is late today .....

I will pop in to say hi..... didn't get to the baby shower yesterday....Jaiden was sick...she felt better after lunch, but she was pretty congested and couldn't keep any liquids down in the morning. Poor thing.

Other than that...a very calm peaceful day...Cameran had spent the night, and he and Jesse were into some major play yesterday...not even one argument...and they were calm too...WOW!!!! I took a big ole nap....yes...you read that right....and then I was asleep on the couch last night at 8pm...got up and went to bed at 9:30 and slept until 4....good grief...that's a lot of sleeping in one 24 hour period!!! These meds are kicking my butt!!! from one extreme to another....

Okay..hope you all have a fabulous Monday...we are going to try to get to Sam's again today.

Morning O fam- Chris is at her mom's because the kids have lyme dr. appt today. It is brr brr cold- not sure that the covers on my plants will ensure any more weeks of blooms- but it was worth a try. Off to exercise and get ready for work- have Marvelous Mondays all!

Dumb computer just ate my post!

Glad that you got time for some much needed rest Linda. Laurie, you have such a great morning routine...so much discipline! And Chris, hope the dr's appt went well for Scott and Cait!

Kids don't have school today so they will sleep in and go to day care when Brian is ready to leave for work around 11. Then I will pick them up at 5 and run to WDM to the library for Shaun's tutoring, then run back to Norwalk for Syd's basketball practice and then come home at 8:00. Mondays are long days!

BRRRRR is RIGHT, Laurie! it's 30 degrees outside!! hopefully all the stink bugs will DIE!! it's so cold that i made a winter page this morning. at 5 a.m.

Linda, i've been falling asleep early (10:00 p.m.-ish) but still waking up early. hope these new meds don't cramp your style. you are my 5 Hour Energy drink in the morning!! :becky:

Chris, good luck with the kids' appointments. hopefully things are GOOD.

Linda, how's the tutoring thing working out? does Shaun like it?

Hubby is home today, but i'll be out of the house for much of the day. podiatrist appointment, grocery shopping, a Sam's visit for Ziplocs and paper towels. a bun-less burger and 10 french fries somewhere. life is good.

it only FEELS like Sunday. it's really Monday, and American women everywhere will be confused about what day it is for the rest of the week because of this Monday Holiday. :der:

enjoy it!

No holiday for me- a little whine here- when we switch to the new job we didn't ask for (AKA bought out) we get Christmas, NY, etc, but -to use our vacation time - really - okay whine over-

Scales did not move from last week, but I did not watch portions of what I ate yesterday and went to bed feeling overful. Next week is the halfway mark of my bootcamp, so I plan on tracking this week, let that slide last two weeks, and I am sure the scale will budge and my inches will show a change!

good to be back! Had an awesome time at the ladies retreat. Never worked so hard---I was ready to come home Saturday night and s.l.e.e.p.

Starting off with a bang this morning. Computer repair guy came over to work on my work computer. I had trouble last week and set the appt. up for first thing Monday since I was gone last Thursday and Friday.

Then the refrigerator was delivered. They just "hook up" the connection to the ice maker. It's leaking water everywhere. They tell me to call a plumber. What? What ever happened to full service. Like deliver, hook up the ice maker, level it, etc..........So, I just turned the water off and hubby will have to fix it when he gets home. Hope he can fix it.

Then there is work. Let's not talk about it. I'm being summoned out of town to referee a meeting of the partners---they are mad at each other. Why can't it wait until next week when I'm going to be there. No---gotta have an emergency meeting. Give me a break.

So--with all that is going on--no time to scrap and probably won't be able to complete my assignments for the class I'm taking.

I think I need a drink!

LOL! Terry you made me laugh! And I totally agree about that full service thing...although I've almost resigned myself to "no service".

Jen, hope that you had a great Thanksgiving!

Laurie, I have renewed my commitment to eating right and exercising. And it has lasted one whole day! Woo hoo!

Phylis, glad that you don't have to stay home with the hubby today. Although, must admit that the podiatrist doesn't sound like much fun!
