Oscraps

Daily Ooo's Weekend Edition Sept 4-5

Ok, so we all slept in this morning ... cause we were all up so late last night!! :) For Peter and I both to get out of bed on a Sunday at 9:30, is extremely late and pleasurable  Keisha was snuggled in between us like a little bedbug  Olivia and Mya were downstairs playing on the Wii. Olivia is a JUNKIE and Mya is quickly following in her footsteps. Danielle rolled out of bed around 11:00

I grabbed my :tea: and hopped onto the :ranger: right away, which is normal for me, Peter was watching soccer, Keisha, just terrorizing, Danielle watching TV with Peter. Mya and Olivia came up around 12:15 looking for breakfast :behindsofa: ....ooopssss!!! LOL!! Everyone had peanut butter and jam toast or sandwiches ;) Then off for some more playing. I was still sitting in front of the computer  and happened to look at the kitchen :doh::doh: NASTY!!! So, I russled Peter and Danielle off the couch to clean up the kitchen, the front hall and I cleaned all 3 bathrooms!! :) So NOWWWWWWWWWW ... I can continue to play without guilt!:clap2:LOL:clap2:LOL

Wow ladies! It sounds like we're all being pretty productive today :D

I managed to finish putting together a free paper pack that I had created for myself after not finding colors I liked, but I decided to share! Finally posted it up on my blog after ripping my hair out saving each individual paper to it's own jpg & zipping them up.

Now I'm going to have a snack and find some more work to finish.

Sounds like you guys were busier than I was! We had a photoshoot on the Saturday morning, I did a bunch of design and some cleaning the rest of Saturday, and then Sunday was Fathers Day here so we just hung out for a bit and took the dog out and then went to the movies with my husband's Dad to celebrate.

I am working from home today since the weather's so bad, and it's nice being tucked up at home with the woofer when it's so crazy and stormy outside! Hope you all had a great weekend :)

We are off to the drive in --- in about 20 minutes ... ;) Just finishing up some dinner ;)

I used to love the drive in! We are a couple of hours from the only drive ins left in Iowa. So I'm hoping to spend a night at a hotel sometime...and take the kids to the drive in. Hope you have a great time!!!

We are pretty fortunate to have three different options within an hour from us still. This is the third time this summer we have taken the girls. It's a really great CHEAP relaxed way to take out a family if 6. We used to have a drive in right in Stratford when I was growing up as a kid and it's so sad that it's gone now.

I guess the further north you are, the distance from drive-ins decreases! Like I said earlier, we don't have one ANYWHERE near here in Central California... Yet up in Oregon, my dad has one just one town over, where they film Little People Big World. I know in Northern Cali they have more drive ins... probably some way down south in LA.

Now I want to hang a sheet in the back yard & borrow a projector...
