Daily Ooo's Weekend edition May 3 & 4 Happy iNSD!

lOve the O!
Good mOrning O peeps! Trying for cheer here as I have been up since 4 am. The worst part- apparently so has everyone else because my internet is slower than molasses, just to see sites. My plan- buy and download at work on Monday where there is amazing fast internet- that means I can buy more right???? Today, dance, banking, flooring and hanging- sounds like a great Saturday I think! What are you up to? Chris- hope all is well with you- well as well as can be....

Was at a party yesterday - my niece had her 30th birthday party. Got home at 2.30 am. Dead tired LOL I'm too old for that sh*t :) Good thing I don't drink though - no hangover to fight on top of it.

Today my plans are to download freebies, and shop my heart out at all the NSD sales going on. After that I need to say a big NOOOOOOOO to any more digiscrap shopping. Didn't buy anything at all during 2013 - and I've seriously "overshopped" these first months of 2014. No more shopping for 2014 after NSD. (Might have to do an exception if anyone makes a MLP themed kit, but that's it). I have so much supplies, I could scrap the rest of my life without really need anything else.

Good morning! I am here! Yesterday was long and tiring and I felt so bad for not popping online for more than a minute. I had the New Posts Thread open on my computer last night so I could catch up today but someone/something closed all of them down last night.

I had really no idea that it was NSD weekend. I am so out of the loop in so many areas! But I am doing the happy dance that I am 4 weeks down and only three more treatments to go!
Today is Gary's b-day and his parents are coming up for lunch. Tomorrow is my godson's party so we will be going down there too. Busy but should be nice.

I am going to try and catch up a bit around the site, but wanted to say good morning to you all first

Good morning ladies! It was a very busy week and today will be busy too. Ben's First Communion is today. We have practice, then we have to finish cooking and cleaning, then the Mass, then everyone comes here for dinner. Tomorrow we have a ball game and I will have to go to the store for a few small things I forgot yesterday.

I am so out of the loop as well Chris. iNSBD snuck up on me too. I get iNSBD and iDSD confused too. Don't know which one is which!

Ok...well, I know I need to catch up, but it will probably be tomorrow. DH is already unloading the dishes and getting moving. What's up with that? Don't we get like 30 minutes or something to wake up???

Well, have a great day ladies!!!

good morning yesterday was errands but got them done so that was good. Got in a good walk as the weather is really starting to cooperate. But on the down side a lot of damage was done to the same homes that always get hit during flooding. There was an evacuation of part of the town. The River crested at over 6 ft and when Irene hit the crest was over 10 ft. This is the 6th highest ever. No loss of electricity so sump pump kept the water at bay. It was just amazing how it never let up in the 24hrs of rain. Finally yesterday the River was back in its bank. I did go to my Devils tour of the Rock and Devils locker room. It was so fun. I have photos of me sitting in Patrick Elias and Adam Henriques spots. Got to go out on the arena floor and learned lots of cool facts about the building. To me the most amazing was just how protective the staff was about making sure we did not step on the NJ Devils logo in the center of the locker room. They had their staff in suit and tie standing around it to make sure. I have heard how seriously teams take this and the Devils organization really do. Got home after doing errands and saw an email from the EdwardJones FaceTime staff asking is I wanted to join again. I of course did and this time it was hosted by EJ Hradek. Asked about the San Jose Shark collapse. Was fun. Again I was the only female LOL. Today would like to work on lawn but scrapping and hockey may win out.

Chris sounds like a fun weekend. Enjoy the parties!

Laurie wow sounds like you have a busy weekend.

Eva I totally know what you mean about staying past midnight. I love digi sales and I know I have enough but each week there is new and different - it is just too hard to resist.

Trudy I guess you will be watching hockey with breakfast. I guess the Bruins feel they need to give the other team the first win. Go Bruins.

Have a great day everyone!

Just a quick pop in today. I wish I had more "awake and alert" time during the days. I need more coffee for sure.
I still have to wrap Christopher's gifts and make him a card. I still have laundry left over to fold that has been sitting in the dryer since Friday. House is a mess. Whatever. Eh?

We had a nice time with my IL's for lunch. They stayed way later than I expected but they never really get to see Gary and the kids all together. Gary had an OK day too so that was good. And to top it all off, they brought up a bunch of food for dinners this week. That is just awesome and makes life so much easier for me.

Sara, Ben looked sooo handsome and grown up!

Nancy- enjoy hockey!

Oh, and this is from way back on Thurs but Jean and Trudy- you made my day but helping to spread the truth about Lyme. That means that all of my :blah: is working its way around. Yay!!!

Morning O fam- the sun is out and on our way home from church I saw these two large birds- way to big for hawks, sitting on a dead log less than 5 mi from our house. My amazing husband said- when we get home get your camera and go take their picture. I did- it was a pair of bald eagles- amazing- and then my camera battery died. Charging now and hope I got some good pics.

good morning I did get in a good walk and then I shopped all the sales and then watched hockey. Now today I am going to do it all again. LOL. A few mini rain showers went by late in the afternoon and evening but all in all it was a wonderful day.

Chris glad the day went well. Have fun today too!

Trudy well those Bruins finally decided to come and play! Seems like they have to make it hard on themselves.

Have a great day all!

I totally disappeared again... I'm sorry! I just have so much going on, and feel that life will never be normal or un-chaotic...

I went shopping in the store yesterday... I'm hoping to get some scrapping done today... Piper has tennis later so we have to do that too..

I hope everyone is having a great weekend... am so looking forward to nice weather today!

Morning O-Zies I was MIA yesterday as DH and I watched the Bruins play hockey in the morning and then went out all day doing errands and picking out plants at various nurseries. Ran into the In-Laws at Dinter Nursery and we chatted for quite a while then off we went in opposite directions before we got drenched by the :rain: No mulch or soil shovelling

for us yesterday, but perhaps we can work it in between the rain showers this afternoon. I really need to get my plants all purchased and in their pots before I go to Ontario, if I don't then there will nothing left in the way of flowers when I get back. DH has promised to keep everything alive and growing for me while I am gone. :becky:

Laurie - Hope you had lots of fun shopping for INSD!! There are some great sales going on for sure! Isn't it thrilling to see the Bald Eagles! I am fortunate to have them usually land in the trees around my house, but still can never get a really good close up of them as I need a better zoom lens!! Hope you got to get a good shot!!

Eva - Love the new hair colour!! You can never have too many digi kits!! Glad that you have enjoyed the shopping too!! I know I have enough to last til the end of time also, guess its time to clean off my EHD of some of the older things that I just never use anymore :fear: I'm afraid to though, you never know, I might need those!! :becky:

Nancy - A very stressful game for DH and I to watch yesterday!! Those darn Bruins are always the come back kids in the third period and have played that way all year!! It drives us crazy, but we are happy with the win! Now on to the next game and hopefully we will kick some Hab butt!! LOL. Enjoy your shopping, looking forward to seeing your layouts! If you ever get a chance to see the Bruins play again, hubby has requested some more photos and another banner like you made him before! See what you started, you should go into business!! He shows that off to everyone he knows!

Sandra - Never ever feel bad about not being here, goodness knows we all realize that everyone has a busy and sometimes stressful life!! We are just happy that you can pop in whenever you can!! Hope that you get that chance to do some scrapping today! Enjoy the tennis game today also!!

Phylis - Hope you are getting some sunshine today, we are not but if we don't work in the :rain: we don't get anything done around here.

Ok breakfast and hopefully off we go again to get some more mulch and soil to do my baskets! Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!!

Trudy, I did have a fun time at the sales- loaded, unloaded- reloaded- can't wait until tomorrow when I get to work with fast internet to download- I am sure I have new things for the new challenges this month. I am trying new and old fav designers here at the O!
