What a face! LOL

Although this face reminds me that I need to get Cait to share her pictures from the Sanctuary with me. After two of the baby cows got bottle-fed, they were licking the milk off of each other's faces. It looked like they were kissing-- it was very cute but they made such strange faces while doing so. Not as strange as that face of the camel, however. hehe!

I am a bit sore this morning. After I got home from the supermarket, I did a deep clean/scrubbing from top to bottom of my bathroom. Cleaning grout and crevices with a toothbrush type cleaning. Then I cleaned my bedroom. When Caitlyn came to ask me something, she was wondering why I was vacuuming the ceiling.
When I was finished with that, the truly exhausting part of my day was just beginning. Gary emailed me a notice that he had gotten from an ID protection site that my email and password was found on the dark web. I spent hours going through any websites that had that email/password combination to update or delete those accounts. It is an old password and a lot of the websites I used it are no longer even active. I use Last Pass for password storage so at least that made it easier to search through and find the ones that needed to be changed. I am not done yet, that is on my list to finish today. I guess that I might need to get that balance ball for my computer desk because I think that hunching over my keyboard for so long is the main reason why I am so stiff today.

I am off to clean this morning and hopefully, the septic people will get here while I am away. It is time for the septic tank pumping and PU! That stinks!!!!
Hugs and love to all!

Trudy- what a cutie Hunter is, I cannot believe that he is two-- (in July?). Also very cute that Heather feels the need to text to apologize. She is so sweet to you!
Love the motivation!!
I bet the painting with the turtle in it is going to be perfection. Looking forward to seeing it. I will be cheering on the Bruins for you tonight!

Jean- and here I thought that NJ took forever to finish roadwork! Hope that the dentist wasn't too bad. I really do have to share of photo of this puzzle, it is insane. I feel so bad for Cait who thought she was bringing home a good thing to work on as a family. And b/c it was a touristy purchase, it was even more expensive than "regular" puzzles.

Nancy- good for you getting back into the pool. I wish that aqua therapy would be Rx'd as part of my ankle PT, but I am guessing there is no way that would happen LOL I saw all over Social Media that the Women's Team kicked butt. I don't follow soccer at all, but I am always happy when women make the news.

Kay- Oh no!!! That is both sad and hysterical about getting soaked. I am laughing too because I have BTDT in similar ways. I hope that the yard work guy is able to come and fix it for you. He seems like he would do it without a problem, but my fingers are crossed for you.
Everyone at the lunch did have the same menu ideas in mind. All you needed was corn on the cob for a full BBQ!

Felis- that stinks when your day gets started on the wrong foot and you can't get organized after that. Hope that you got to enjoy the new music and maybe it inspired you to scrap.
Caitlyn follows a lot of rat people on Instagram but doesn't consider herself an influencer at all. hehe! yes, Wolfgang is like me and is much happier in the flowers than in the snow. :D
I haven't seen or heard anything about the Ultrasonic Tick Repellent. I will have to look around and see if I can and will let you know if I do. I use NexGuard for my dogs, it is tablet they take once a month which I like better than Frontline. It is so expensive but with the number of ticks we have, we don't have much choice.

Speaking of dogs--mine need to go outside. xoxoxo

Felis- I did a bit of googling and I would not recommend the Ultrasonic Flea and Tick stuff. It seems like the positive reviews were from bloggers, but the scientific reviews were all bad. The consequences of having insufficient or inadequate tick control are too negative to rely on this -- IMHO! As an aromatherapist, I used to make an all natural "bug" repellent. I am fine using this for mosquitos, but for ticks, no way. Give me all the chemicals, all the time ha!!!

good morning - well the trains in Cranford were not running so my DH is home again today. LOL He has no classes, he has just been there for administrative stuff as chairman. Tonight is the last day of hockey for this season, game 7 of the Final. I hope it is good, not a blow out or any weird calls by the refs. I will be biting my nails. Last night I made cheesy chicken enchiladas. So good and no left overs.

Chris I would be sore too if I did that deep cleaning. But ah to have a clean bathroom is the best! I too got a notice about my password on dark web fortunately it was only one website so I changed it. While it is very scary to get these notices, it is good so they can be fixed.

Trudy I dont know how these players sleep with a game 7 on the horizon and having to wait the extra day to play. Do they have or need distractions to keep their minds off the game? I know I do lol and I am not even playing. Hope you are having a nice day for your hike.

Kay omgosh getting all wet and it was not even raining. You have a good yard guy so I bet he will be out to fix it pretty fast. Good thing you discovered it and could get your clothes dried in time. I am impressed! Your lunch sounds indeed like the perfect BBQ. How fun! Glad your back held up!

Jean I feel your pain about road construction. We had new pipes put in our street and it was paved so nicely. Well the next year they had to put in new sides on the street so it was repaved again. Really you could not do this all at the same time. And then the mess we have on the major roads and how it takes years because no one is will to shut down a road because of all the traffic to and from NYC. Crazy. I think someone must be making money off all the time it takes. Hope the teeth feel awesomely clean!

Felis that is a bummer that you could not get your day started. I really like Kelsea too. She picked a new song Better luck next time. Hope you day is better now!

Have a great day all!

Morning, gals. Another busy day today but decided to pop in here before I get started with other things.

Chris, thanks for you lovely comment on my LO with Lynne A's kit for Challenge #3 One Word. Yes, I did get the cyber hug from you! Thanks so much. Been looking at the week 2 Oldies but Goodies and finding so many kits that I haven't seen before. Some of them just reach out and grab you and yell "Take Me Home". I have so many ideas swirling around in my head and I know I won't remember them all. I just love it when I am not sure what I will be doing with a kit and just start throwing things on a page and it all comes together like it was meant to be. Afterwards, I just sit back and think "Wow, I did that??" Had 3 pages do that this week. Love it when the creative mojo is in full swing.

Haven't heard back from my yard guy about the cut drip line. Will give him another couple of days and if I don't hear from him, will have to see if I can repair the line myself. Our temps are now in the high 80's to low 90's so the plants/trees need to watered at least 3 times a week.

Trudy, I am trying to visualize the turtle in your painting...WOW... please take a photo once it is done. You are so creative.

Feli, so sorry you got off to a rough start the other day. Hope things have smoothed out now. I don't know how anyone can live without a cart to handle large items. What a struggle it must have been to get the new washing machine in place.

Jean, I can sympathize with you over closed roads due to construction. One of the main ones I use will be under construction for at least another year [it's been 6 months since it started]. Glad you made it to the dentist in time.

Need to get started on the :washing: but it will have to wait until tomorrow or the next day. At least it is not over-flowing yet.

Good morning O-Zies!!! Another lovely warm morning, but oh my gosh we need some :rain: It is crazy dry here! First thing this morning I got a txt from a couple that have been our friends for years and years, they live in Saskatchewan, but are in Vancouver on their way to the Island :bliss: they are going to stay the night with us and watch the hockey game with us tonight. They are huge Bruins fans too, no wonder we love them so much! So now I am in panic mode to get the house tidy and bathrooms cleaned and get a bed made up for them. Oh and what to make for dinner?? We were just going to have tacos tonight, something easy to put together for the game. Hmmm, do I still go with that? My craft room is a disaster at the moment too, ugh I better get that all cleaned up too. So guess my day is all planned now and its not what I had in mind. No hike for me and SIL Veronica is stopping in today to pick up her Norwex order. It will be a busy day! I am so thrilled to see our friends again, it has been far too long!!

Chris - Sorry you are feeling stiff and sore today, but sounds like you had a busy day of cleaning ( I will be doing the same today!) Now today you will be doing more of the same, hope that it works out all the stiffness for you! That really sucks about your password being compromised, but sounds like you have taken care of everything! Guess it would be a good thing to be away while the septic people do their thing!! Thanks for cheering on the Bruins with us tonight!

Jean - I hope your dentist appt. went well and how nice that you were getting a nice weather day! Hopefully the same is in store for you today!

Nancy - How nice for you to be back at the pool and getting in your exercises!! I totally understand how your DH being home, makes for a crazy day!! Mine will be home for the next few days also. He will either be celebrating the win tonight or crying in his beer if they lose LOL. Thanks for the congrats on my commission painting and I hope that I will also get the turtle finished soon. Enjoy the game tonight!! Sad it will be the last one for awhile!! Yes, I don't know how the players sleep or anything before such a big game, but hopefully they are rested and ready to go!!

Kay - You are such a busy lady! Sorry you got soaked by the sprinkler system, sounds like something that would happen to me!! LOL Hope that the repair guy shows up today, but good for you if you can fix it yourself!! You seem to be a handy kind of gal!! Sounds like your creative mojo is in full swing!! Could you send some it my way please!! Although today I will yet again be too busy to do any scrapping!!

Alright I had better get the vacuum out and start with the cleaning, then will get Tacos ready for our supper tonight. I txt our friends and they are good with having Tacos too!! Glad it will be fast and easy supper tonight, more time to visit and watch the game! Have a wonderful day ladies!! GO BRUINS!!! :becky:

Okay... guess my mind has been in over-drive and I forgot to double check the calendar. I was thinking that today was the Senior's luncheon... but realized when I got there that it is on THURSDAY not Wednesday!!! Ah, well... better I was a day early rather than a day late!

So now that I have time, I can work on another scrapping page.

Good morning girls!
Thinks I hate into the summer. Post#2: bugs.
You know me I'm trying to be good person, allows to Aphids to eat my roses, I have bee house (which actually collect spiders, but I'm happy even on that) and when see spider or earwig move them out with a glass cup.
But summer force me to show my evil side. I'm in old and long war with fly and fleas (ticks too but we don't have so many as it Chris' area). There is not summer disease which fly to not try to spread around, attack food and weak animals, they are just extremely cruel. I really want to keep them safe with windows Insect Screen , but they continue insist. Oh and I forgot to mention mosquitoes (again thank goodness they aren't danger in my area, but still too annoying) . I'm on 100% agree with Chris about that: give me all the chemicals!!! I have enough lost fights and bad experience to try to be gentle with them.

And here is this year's problem: the provider of dogs anti fleas and ticks Spot-On tells us that company is decided to switch to 'more natural product' and they wouldn't deliver the old one anymore. Actually he said they don't make it anymore, but I saw it is still available on their site, so he correct herself that ''they wouldn't delivery it''. ''But don't worry, the new formula is still so good and even natural''. yes sure. Problem one: they have pack with the the same picture as it was on the Extra Large Dogs, but on the new formula write ''more than 15 kg'' which is way too small than the old standards for extra large 40-60 kg, but the new one just don't have bigger, ghrrr, how to be sure that it isn't dangerous?! As you know for the anti fleas products is important for what weight they are dosed. Problem two: new product have strong smell, my dog didn't like it and start to pull and fling. Problem three: the spot have to be apply on 5 places along the spine; first this is difficult because after 2-3 spots dog won't sit quiet, and second this is against everything I'm learned, because obviously he can lick some of the spots, so I had to distract him till get dry. It looks like I'll have to walk around the vet pharmacies and find packs from the old product for the next time, but that means I wouldn't be able to get discount as my vet gives to me, and it is huge discount, so too bad!

And I'm not even mentioned yet how much I hate to have to cover myself with one layer sunburn cream, and second layer mosquitoes and ticks spray, so my body is sticky and uncomfortable whole day.

Chris, oh thank you for your time, I also searched at forums here but it's new product for my country and most post sounds as advertising. Which reminds me for the other subject, some of these influencers and vloggers said they make good earn, even insist that this is new job and career possibility. Oh I want to see these pictures from the Sanctuary! I wasn't understand that they are allows you to takes pics, so cool! Oh so bad about your stolen password!

Kay, I hope that the yard guy will come to fix the drip line on time! How annoying and difficult to have thinking for alternative watering now when temps finally get higher! I'm so jealous about your scraping mojo! I'll have to spend some time in gallery and see your pages soon!

Trudy, oh what a busy day for you and unexpected! But I hope that the meeting with your mate will be nice reward! And this results not spoiled the evening!

Nancy, did you enjoy to this last game? Looks like your husband had few lucky excuses these days ;) , what better than free day!
