CHEERY O
Hi all of you sweet ladies!

ooooh boy, I need a brain! Does anyone have an extra working brain? My poor mind is leaking all over the place lately. I cannot seem to string two thoughts together. I get one going then I am simply ....lost... No idea of where I was going. Its very frustrating to say the least. LOL

Shop Rite and Pharmacy Battles for today. Steam cleaning, and lots of catch up on life work for me today. I keep saying that (catching up on life) and I still have not been successful at all. Maybe some day.... (A girl can dream :pound: )

Yesterday had some good points in it. The little girl whose mom I clean for told me I was beautiful and gave me a string of pony beads to keep on my key chain. Then at the beach I was sitting with a mom whose sister is of my BFF's best friends. In fact while I was sitting next to Colleen, Jenn (my BFF) was sitting at the pool next to Jeannie! Small world!
And-- for the rest of the summer, Cait will be going to therapy every other week, instead of every week, because she has been going so good. Whew!!!!

Still looking for my scrap mojo.....

Hope that you all have a wonderful and happy day!

another bizarre weather event here yesterday. this little blob of storms moved through the area, lasted about an hour, dumped a ton of rain, then blew out. roads closed all over the place, lightning strikes. weird. today, what we call "The 3 Hs." Hazy, Hot and Humid. Well, at least i have a head start. i kept the window AC on overnight, and it's 73 degrees in here this morning! that should guarantee it'll only be about 78 or 79 inside when it's 90 outside later today.

off to Sam's Club later, if i can figure out a way to actually GET there. there is so much bridge construction around here that getting from Point A to Point B requires planning! one of the many disadvantages of living in a place where, generally speaking, there are only 4 months of decent weather.

Chris, hope your brain fog clears soon. it's really disconcerting, isn't it, when you can't count on your own head. i know! my fave part of your post was what that little sweetie said to you. that should keep you going for a week!!

alrighty, then. off i go into Wednesday. :becky:

Morning gals... It actually rained last night so it really cooled the temps and now just waiting for the clouds to dissipate and for the sun to come out again. It was very warm and humid here yesterday, but my friend from work and I had a lovely lunch out on the deck and had a nice breeze gently blowing on us from the lake. We talked and talked and shared lots of laughs! Wish I could do this with all of you someday!

Chris - Hoping that your brain fog dissipates like the clouds here today!! What a sweet compliment from that little girl, that should lift your spirits for quite awhile and you can think of it every time you look at those beads! Nice to hear that Cait is doing so well with her therapy!! Hope she keeps up the good work!!

Phylis - I don't envy you all of your crazy weather!! Hope you find a short cut to your shopping without any construction to block your way! I say push past your fear and hop on a plane to come and visit me and enjoy some sunshine without all that stupid humidity and storms!!! :plane: :becky:

Ok better get some breakfast and get to morning walk, lots to do today in the way of housework and yard work and hopefully some scrapping!! Don't know why it is taking me three days to get one layout done????? I want my mojo back :hurt:

Good evening all - I slept late this am. It has been Hcubed here as well. ARgh- yesterday my car said 106 degrees when I left work. Today only 99. My husband just surprised me with a hotel reservation this weekend! Best news it will enable us to attend my family reunion. I had thought we would not make it, however lots of not too often out of staters are going to be there.
