hey hey hey hey!!! How's my favorite bunch of O's today?
I am doing pretty good, (I think I am I think I am, chug chug chug.... *train whistle*). I n all honestly I am pretty darn tired and achy but what else is new, especially at 6 am? haha!

I got tons of stuff done yesterday, and I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. But now I am totally freaked out by Christmas coming up. I have NO idea of what to get or make for anyone. I spent an hour on pinterest yesterday looking for some cute ideas of things to make. I found these really neat glass blocks, filled with river rocks and a picture frame, Loved the idea, and I know I could customize them. But it looks like the only place you can get the glass blocks is Hobby Lobby-- which of course is no where near me. I guess I could get them online but then you have to pay for shipping. Maybe I'll look around and see if they have any coupons...
Other than that, I am really lost. And it is going to be here before I -- and we all- know it.:jaw:

It was so much easier when the kids were little and I could just buy some cheap toys! ound:

Off to work today -- yippeeeee! I think I mean that seriously. The money part at least!

Tip on Tuesday:
whatever you make from pinterest will almost never loos the same as it does in the photos.

Linda S- I saw some of your stuff in the Gallery- I loved loved loved that photo of Syd!!!

Laurie- were you able to get all of your yard work done? I got the rest of the outdoor Halloween decorations down. I still have morning glory seeds to collect and leaves to rake, but hopefully I;ll get to that soon. It was really nice in the afternoon, I hope the warm weather comes back.

Phyllis- some days I feel like I have just completely given up on the upstairs of my house. If I can keep the living room and kitchen semi-clean.... which I can't lately LOL, I feel that is enough.... its not really but as my kids would say "what-EV."

Trudy and Eva- hope you are both having good days! feel better Eva!

Hi Sally!! I LOVE seeing you here, it always makes me smile!

Eva- just thought of another possible remedy-- Gary drinks ginger tea and holy basil tea- both supposed to help the stomach/digestive tract. he also takes chewable papaya tablets-- also said to calm the digestive tract. Not sure if any of those are easily available in Sweden or if they will help your situation, but though I would toss them out for you.

Jen!!!!! :rofl: Keep that uterus in there please!!!!!! Hope that you get time to scrap today. I didn;t get time to scrap or bake yesterday so maybe we both will today!!

Laurie- comfort is the #1 rule !!!

Morning O fam- workout is done!! Let the shower and day begin. Chris- I think you just cut back your mums- the secret to not being leggy next year- early in the spring pinch the center growth on the stalk and then you will get side branches for a fuller bush- I think when they are about 6-8" tall well before summer. Wow that was a long run on sentence. Today- hope to get out of work within an hour of closing. I found out yesterday that we get a free movie ticket- so I will reward myself with a movie after work the week after thanksgiving on wed when I don't have to get up the next day.

Good morning ladies. Glad that you are back to work Chris...the money will be nice. Cold here in Iowa the last couple of days...lows below freezing. It was so nice having Brian home yesterday. Kids did homework right after school, I had thrown supper in the crockpot in the morning, Brian took Shaun to basketball practice and bought him a cake to take to school to celebrate his birthday at school today (birthday tomorrow but early out so taking his snack today) and all I had to do was take Syd to practice. He also bought Shaun's gifts. What a blessing!

No swim practice tonight because of a meet...so just a nice quiet night at home...and another one tomorrow night. I am living large!

Good Morning everyone... chilly here this morning, but not :smow: so that is always a blessing!! A bit more time here this morning before I head out to work and then the next two days off.

Chris - I am glad that you are back to working again, the $$ will be nice to have again I'm sure!! Personals from yesterday.... My husband does not ride, but we are both huge fans of the RCMP Musical Ride that travels all over the world and that picture is from a series of paintings that celebrated the anniversary of the Musical Ride. So the only members that ride a horse anymore are the ones in the Musical Ride. Years ago they all used to ride at some time, it was a part of the training, but that was many years ago LOL.

Laurie - Enjoy your movie tonight!! I think that MG and I are going to have a date night on Wednesday night and see the new James Bond Movie Sky Fall. We both have free tickets from points off of our debit cards, so its always fun to plan a date night when a good action movie comes out.

LindaS - Wow sounds like your MG has been giving you a much needed break!! How nice for you to finally get a couple of nights where you can just relax or scrap?? LOL

Morning ladies! Haven't been around much---still swamped in legal work. Only a few more weeks.

It was 95 the other day and today only high 60. It feels cold!! I know all of you northern ladies are probably laughing at me! Give me a break thoug---I was wearing shorts the other day!

Not much going on here--no time for scrapping. Haven't even gone to the gym in a couple of weeks. Although, I am still walkiing 5 days a week. That counts for something, right!

Ever since Sandy it seems my life is focused on power and when it will be back on. We got power on Friday but a neutral wire was hanging so we could not run washer and drier at the same time without blowing a fuse. Also the Internet just came back yesterday. Phylis the storm that hit you on Sunday hit me last night and again I am without power or Internet. this is crazy. We have had power restorers from Kentucky on Friday and yesterday to fix the neutral we had guys from Wisconsin. It has now been over two weeks of this. If I am bummed by my problems I can not imagine how bad it must be for those with so much to clean up.

Phylis hope the sonogram gives clues to make you fell better

Jen sorry her hair cut but hair fortunately does grow back. Fun to scrap about. At our house it was my mom who always cut my sister's bangs until she had none just to get them straight

Chris glad you are working again means things in NJ are getting back to a new normal

Hey kids!!! Morning!! I've already unloaded the dishwasher, taken my kids to their outside classes, gone to the grocery store (again) to get the things I forgot yesterday, read Anne of Green Gables to Lil, and read most of the fun here!! And it's only 10:15! YIPEEEE!! I'm glad the caffeine is working this morning as I have a bunch of work to do.

Hope everyone is having a smashing Tuesday! I am expecting good things here!! (although the kitties are eyeing one another here in the craft studio ready to start a fight...sigh!!)
