Merry Christmas to all!!!!!! And Happy Tuesday to anyone who is not celebrating Christmas because *every* day should be filled with joy!

I got the BESTEST present ever!!!! Gary come out with us last night!!!!! he had a few rough moments and was completely wiped out by the time we got home, but he was there. My kids were thrilled!!!!! I think everyone in the family was. As we were getting ready to leave my BFF gave him a huge hug and said how good it was to have him with us and I almost lost it.

Then I became completely absorbed in hoping we'd get home in one piece. Thank goodness Gary was driving because the roads were horrible!!!! It was not doing anything one minute, then snowing like crazy a few minutes later. And my lovely town with winding mountain roads.... no salt or sand. Packed sno and ice. We were sliding around the cars were all going 25 mph. By the time we got home, I saw that my friend across the street wasn't home yet, which was very unusual. I texted her to be careful and she said that they had already spun out once on the same road we just came from. About a half hour later I saw them pull in their driveway, thank goodness.

Its all very quiet here, I have been up since 5 and the rest of the fam is fast asleep. Its si different than when the kids were little. :baby:

I hope that all of you enjoy every minute of the day!

xoxoxo

Merry Christmas! I was so glad to snow on Christmas Eve. Just enough to make everything look beautiful. Had such a fun dinner last night. Always fun with family and friends. Our neighborhood always puts out luminaries and it was gorgeous in the snow. Think how l lucky I am! Today we go up to our son's home for Christmas dinner. Should be fun. And Chris I totally agree not having little kids makes Christmas so different!

Have a great day!

It's over, it's over! We celebrate Christmas on the 24th so ... it's over. Finally! LOL I've always liked Christmas Day better than Christmas Eve. No expectations - you can do whatever you want. It's expected of you to take it easy and do nothing. Also - no cooking! There's leftovers for a couple of decades ;)

I'm sitting here by the puter and sort my files. Deleting and un-installing. All to get ready to install Photoshop Elements 11 & my new printer.

Yesterday we didn't do much really. Went to the hospital to visit dad - who was much better again. (Right now, mom, my sister and BIL are at the hospital to bring dad back home again.) After that we went home, had dinner and the evening was spent in front of the TV ... not John, he spent the evening and night on the computer, playing a game he downloaded for his Christmas money.

Hope you all have a great Christmas Day, and have time to relax, and don't stress yourself to death! :)

Merry Christmas- just a quiet one here- we old folks did not stay up for church last night and went this morning instead, came home made a lovely breakfast and now I am waiting for my husband to "let" me open my box for my silhouette cutter. Later will make a turkey dinner for two. We are supposed to get a nasty storm tomorrow early morning through the day. This means- ummm if it comes- many of my patients will cancel and my day of 11 patients in 9.5 hours will be slower.

Merry Christmas! we're expecting an ice storm tonight, so i'm trying to rush dinner so my daughter doesn't have to drive to her apartment in an ice storm. hoping you all are having a beautiful day.

MERRY CHRISTMAS !! Very quiet morning here but did facetime the grandkids to watch them open their gifts such fun!! Soaking in the tub with some of my new bath products from MG . Waiting to hear from DD soon then we head up to the In-laws for supper. Looks like it could snow so we are packing incase we get stuck for the night. Hope you all have a wonderful day!!! Love to my "O" family

Silly turkey did not thaw so a late dinner for us. Plus we were just upgraded to blizzard warning maybe we will get snow.

Good evening all! A great day here...and a great night last night. Of course, now fiddling with the iPod Touches. So far have both kids set up on my itunes account but that's getting a little crazy. Brian, Sydney, Shaun and I are all on that account now. Ugh...
Chris, thought of you several times last night. So glad to know that Gary made it!
Laurie, thought of you this morning and wondered about the Silhouette. Can't wait to hear what you think.
Trudy, Phylis, Eva and Nancy, so glad that all of you had a great Christmas! Eva, really, really glad that your dad is feeling better again!
Back to work for me tomorrow after 6 days off of work (and only 1 day of PTO). I work Wed and Thurs and then PTO on Fri and Mon...so 5 days off with New Years. I think that I can hang on until Maui!

I have it out of the box, but not set up. Will do that Thursday or tomorrow if I get sent home early due to weather.
