I had a crap day yesterday. Long and exhausting!
The kids had their Lyme dr appt and we left the house at 7.30 and didn't get home until 4.30.
Scott had gotten bitten by a tick Sunday night, so his dr. put him on a full med regimen for 2 weeks. He said it was like a 1 in 20 chance there could be a re-infection, but since Scott is doing so well, no reason to risk it. Scott was not happy about it, mostly b/c of Mepron. this meds that looks exactly like yellow "paint"
Cait's blood work came back positive for Bartonella, Ehrlichia and Lyme. Even though that is exactly what we expected, it still sucks to see it in blk and white. But her treatment is going well, he is adding Tindamax to her protocol, which she is b%$#@-ing about. Tindamax is the one that made me (and Scott and gary) so sick, so she is already assuming it is going to make her sick. It was a day of both kids complaining about how much they hate meds. And blood draws. And long cars rides. And school reading assignments. And each other. Argh!!!

When I got home, gary had left just about everything exactly where it was when I left. Gee, thanks for helping me clean and pack for vaca.
then, I tried to let my puppy out, and she stepped on my toe with her nail, I dropped her on the steps, and she started limping worse than usual. She had me up since 3 am the night before, and I was so angry at her, which made me feel awful. I didn't know if I was going to scream or cry!
we are off to PA for a few days. Hopefully I can get us out of here before to late. I still have packing to do. We are bringing Bunny up along with the 2 dogs. yes, we are taking 2 cars as well! I seriously need some decompress time. And
