too much chaos in my life. Silly chaos quite often but I am finding it harder and harder to roll with it. And Gary is on Tindamax on top of all his other abx and he is feeling crappy and cranky and I feel like I cannot do anything right by him. Add in that it is almost the end of the summer and I haven't done anything- not much of a vacation or change of scenery or anything. I need a break!

Just don't mind me, I am tired and cranky and feeling sorry for myself. I have to get it all out, then I'll move on.

So, tell me all of the fun stuff you are doing!

grrr, on top of it, Catzilla is back in full force this morning. So let me sign off before she makes me lose my post.

Fun? Fun??? FUN?!?

Do you know about Astrid Lindgren's Emil of Lönneberga? In one of the movies Emil has a little piglet, and he is complaining about that the piglet don't have any fun. Then Emil's father says something like this: "Fun? Fun?!? Pigs shouldn't have fun!" (meaning they're just gonna be killed and eaten any way). Whenever I'm not happy I think of that. LOL Just my twisted sense of humor. :)

Other than that ... I feel like crawling back into hiding and avoid everything. :lalala:

no need for smiles and bells for US, Chris!! just do your crabby thing, and don't forget to yell at your husband, too, and tell him to straighten up and fly right, as my dad used to say. and to get out of your face, as you're trying your best for everyone. sorry. i don't cut people much slack when i'm doing the best i can and it doesn't seem to be enough for The Takers. (that would be my kids and husband....)

nothing fun going on here today except a Crabby Me, also. :rant: i was up pretty much all night, on and off, for no apparent reason. then i finally dozed off, only to be awakened by the Hooting Menace (mourning dove) outside my window at 5:45. happily, there's no one around the place during the day, so the only "person" i have to yell at is the cat! (and i never do that, because he is such a Prince of a guy.) i think laundry needs to be done and some bathroom cleaning. then i have to make some Korean dumplings for dinner and start marinating the Bulgogi. i have a simple set Korean menu that i make occasionally. it includes stuff that doesn't feature seaweed, which i think is totally YUCKY. :puke:

hope everyone's Tuesday ends up being bearable. GOOD, even. somertimes it's all about who you allow into your space.

Morning ladies!! I think that I should maybe hide out from all of you grumpies today :behindsofa: LOL! But hey if you can't vent here then where can you vent?? We all have our bad days don't we?

Chris - sorry that everyone is taking advantage of you! Being a wife and mother are sometimes very thankless jobs! But I'd like to see what they would do without you around!! They would fall apart!! Love your pig BTW!!

Phylis - I like your philosophy about the Takers in your life!! Women put up with too much sh*t from all sides!! Are you thinking about getting a sling shot for your Hooting Menace?? Hope the rest of your day becomes a bit more cheerful for you!

Well I am going to make the best of my day off, this week is going to be a killer and so far I am not seeing any sign of going back to my part time hrs, guess my manager really is an assh@%le!!! so today i will spend some time looking for a new job again. Sigh!! Why can't I win the lottery?? Have a great day everyone! :wave:
 
Trudy, NUTS to that boss of yours!! by forcing you into a situation you didn't sign up for, he's going to end up losing you, the dope!! well, it's a good thing you don't live here in the USA. you'd never be able to FIND another job. i hope you can find something that will suit you and is what you want.
