Holy macaroni. Holy guacamole? Guess those two options are better than the Holy ____ I am thinking quietly to myself. haha!!!

Do I dare say it- how tired I am- without you all groaning and thinking, "yeah, so what else is new?"
It is OK, I am thinking the same thing myself.

I wish I knew what I accomplished yesterday. It doesn't feel like I did much of anything. I cleaned for my neighbor and I cooked a "real" dinner. Baked chicken, potatoes and stuffing. I wasted time on Pinterest. I am no closer to finding a new style or color and my appt is this afternoon.

Caitlyn heard from the Attorney General about the hearing in April. She needs to meet with her in person the week of April 9. Her office is in Trenton, NJ which is at least 2 hours from where I live so Cait is trying to find a place that we can meet in the middle. She isn't happy about this and I don't blame her. April is gonna be a bonkers kind of month.

I think I started scrapping a LO for a challenge here. But was that yesterday or the day before? I am losing my darn mind. Maybe I can find it today.
I have to go the to the food pantry this morning. I won't make it all that way into the April. (I hate going. HATE it, hate needing to go). Then my hair appt. Two stressful things in one day. I am not equipped to cope! LOL

Wish me luck today, I think I am going to need it!

Nancy!! woooooohooo!! What a game with all of the back and forth scoring! Good to hear that DS is feeling better and is back at work. The rain here ended early too and Scott took W for a walk after dinner which was nice for both of them.
Yes, I wonder what those rats are thinking, they are so darn *smart* it wouldn't surprise me at all of she was aiming for my coffee with the nugget. LOL

Trudy- sounds like you had a great day with the kids on Tuesday. How was the hike? Did they make it to the pool? I know there is no way I would have been able to go after the busy day. (I am also not a kid anymore heh! )

Jean- yay SPRING!!!! Guess what-- I have crocuses!!! I saw some purple in the garden when I was scooping dog poop and I thought that one of them pooped out some of their toy in the garden (bad doggies!) but it wasn't, it was crocuses.I have to clear out the little stip of the garden of the dead leaves and I have tiny hyacinths poking up and some very yellow daffodil stalks. Maybe they will green up when they see some sone.
Anyways, spring makes me happy! How nice to see the robins prepping for it too!
I am in awe that you and DH can not only tell makes songs from female but that there were 4 different males. So cool!

Felis- I cannot wait to see a pic of you in the t-shirt. Sounds adorable. Sometimes you just have to splurge on yourself. You deserve it.
As you know, it takes a lot of upset me here so I don't feel rushed if you post right after me or not. You do it when it suits you best.
Thanks for not thinking that I am boring but in some ways, I am. I do get social anxiety at times. I have to force myself to talk and smile on occasion.
Get me talking about animals and I am good to go-- especially those rats. Little buggers!

Have a wonderful day, my friends!

good morning - had a great night a dinner last night. One of our other girlfriends came so we got to catch up and that was totally fun. And my girlfriend's daughter's boyfriend now comes so we had a fun talkative group. I love eating their turkey chili in the winter but lately I have changed to tomato soup and salad. Of course my son loves when I go as he wants their bread bowl with broccoli cheddar soup. My girlfriend is so excited as today is Opening Day in baseball. Her hockey team the Rangers were eliminated by my Devils win. LOL. So her teams the Knicks, Rangers and Jets have had terrible losing teams this past fall and winter so she is in need of her Yankees to play really well. I know how she is feeling as my poor Devils have missed the playoffs for so long. Came home and the AZ Coyotes defeated the Vegas Golden Knights. I will always have a soft spot for AZ Coyotes. They are not going to be in the playoffs but they sure are causing problems for those teams that trying to get into the playoffs. Tonight the Devils are playing the Penguins. This will be a hard fought contest as the Devils so far this season have won all against the Penguins and they are not going to want to be swept. It will be a good test for my team. Luther is at doggie day care today as tomorrow is Good Friday and my son has the day off so he can be in charge of Luther.

Chris some days just go by in a blur. But I am sure your friend is glad her house is clean. And I am sure your family loves their dinner. We are having cloudy weather here and it is drizzling. Hope you get some sun. At least it is going to be in the 50s.

Trudy sounds like you are so busy! I always loved bowling! I was never good but I thought is was such fun! Hope they enjoyed the hike. Bet it tired them out a bit.

Jean we have flocks of robins and we have the red winged blackbirds too. I cant wait until the warblers come back.

Felis sounds like that is one awesome t-shirt. Cant wait to see. Sorry about the mud that is such a bummer. Hope you get sun!

Have a great day all!

Morning ladies... we all slept in a bit this morning, now everyone is enjoying some quiet screen time. Had a lovely hike yesterday to Stoney Hill not far from here, the kids talked and talked and talked LOL. Wow my Sadie is a real chatterbox!! :blah: Then a bit of shopping for some groceries and we played the game of Life again. Kids also had some fun playing air hockey and a bit of painting for Sadie, Isaac is not interested in creating masterpieces LOL. So today is supposed to be rainy, but so far no sign of bad weather. I think I will take the kids downtown this afternoon and look for some Easter goodies for them, they want to hide some easter things for their mom and dad to find tomorrow morning when they arrive. We will spend the day together with all of them and then the kids head off to Vancouver on Saturday morning to spend the day at the Aquarium and then they catch their flight to California and Disneyland/Universal Studios for the rest of the week. Lucky kids!! DIL and Son have the house all ready to show for that week they are away and I have a feeling it will sell very quickly, such a hot market in the Comox Valley and all of the Island right now. Anyway I will try to catch up with you all in a bit, but I better get these two some breakfast and find something else for them to do this morning. Have a great morning everyone

I didn't feel motivated earlier. It is so dreary and wet. I can't even get excited about baseball as the Indians opener isn't until 10:00 in Seattle so we can't watch it (we only have "free" TV).

Felis, we're looking forward to seeing your T-shirt! Hope you have better weather and get things accomplished.

Chris, hopefully you'll be showing us a new look now. Cait is smart to try to get a meeting in between. Hope the rats didn't give you any new gifts!

Nancy, we hope the Devils can make it a sweep. That would be cool.

Trudy, hope you're not worn out from this time with the grands but know you'll miss them when they're off to Disney.
