I decided that I was going to skip this week from Tindamax, I couldn't imagine being stuck in an MRI machine Friday while dealing with the after effects. I am really happy that I did. Yesterday, I had two really bad neck/muscle spasms and my heart rate and BP were all over the place. I am trying to figure out if the heart stuff triggers the muscle stuff, vice versa, or totally unrelated to each other.
I was really wiped out from it all- to the point where I had to rest in the afternoon. I hate having to do that but sometimes, I have no choice. Good thing I did that yesterday or I would be in even worse shape this morning. I barely slept last night. I think I slept well until midnight, then Gary's restless legs woke me up, fell back to sleep for a while and have now been awake since 2.30 am. :twitch:
I am cleaning this morning and that should be it for me.

Scott shared very good news with us in the morning. He received his acceptance email for the 4-year college that he applied to in June. I didn't think he was going to have a problem, but at least it is all taken care of and settled.
Eden was also having a sale on mulch so we bought 5 bags and he spread it out in the gardens/side of the house after dinner. He works too hard but man, it looks great. We need one more bag to finish it up.

I better wrap this up since I know I am going to be moving extra slow today:)

Nancy- it was so cold up here yesterday when the sun went behind the clouds. I tried sitting out back and reading for a bit but couldn't get warm enough.
Hope that your hubs feels better and limping less today. Gary has been walking with Jaida a bit more lately and has said that she is doing better too. Must be that they are over 2 years old, maybe?
Bet you had a great time with PE!!

Rae- yay for Beckham! It doesn't surprise me at all that Taz understood his limitations. Dogs are way better at that than humans.

Sharon- I am so, so sorry for your loss. At his age, it was amazing that they even did heart surgery on him. But still so very sad. I hope that everyone can help MIL through this too.
To cap it all off with a trip to the ER for you too? That must have been terrifying.
Sending hugs to you!

Trudy- how is Baby Watch???

good morning - yesterday was super fun! My DIL and I went to the Patrik Elias Q&A and it was hosted by Ken Daneyko (Mr. Devil) and they were team mates for years so they know each and all the back stories and they shared and it was so fun! But probably the best is that they do think the Devils are headed in the right direction! That makes me happy. DIL and I ate out first and it was yummy! A beautiful day with a good walk with Luther. Today Luther is off to day care as I have many errands. Going out to dinner with my two girlfriends to catch up on things. Should be fun!

Chris it was cool here too but today and the rest of the weekend should be much warmer. There is no reason you should feel guilt for taking it easy! Hope you get some fun outdoor time. How fun that Scott is helping-doing such a great job on your lawn. Especially congrats on heading on to his 4 year school that is awesome.

Rae how wonderful that Taz and Beckham got on so well. I agree with Chris that dogs just know better. I am glad the Beckham seems to be tolerating the chemo so well. Bet you had fun with Jen!

Sharon - I am so sorry for your lost. It is never easy! And OMgosh ending up in the ER is just terrible. Take care and take it slow.

Have a great day all!

Chris, I hope you are feeling better. Great news for Scott
nancy- sounds like you and DIL enjoyed the Q & A- how wonderful!

I hope everyone has a good day. The family is back to work and I am back to the grocery store! My MIL and her kids are going to the bank to take care of bank stuff. SH spent 8 hours yesterday researching what the VA will pay for the funeral and their normal bills, etc so he can get a pattern of spending. They lived only on Social Security, so it will be very tight now.

Good morning, ladies. I am not going to be online much today, wanting to get as much desk work done as I can today and tomorrow before I leave in the afternoon to stay at the trailer until Monday afternoon.

Taz had me up at 3 and 5 am, wanting to go outside. The first time he wanted to go to the bathroom and the second time I think he just wanted to go outside b/c it was light out and the birds were chirping. Then at 6:10 he wanted to go out again so at that point I gave up on sleeping and grabbed a coffee and my book.

Chris - that's great that Scott got his acceptance letter. Hope you are able to take it easy today and get a nap in to recoup your energy.

Nancy - have fun at your dinner with friends tonight.

Sharon - such a sad, stressful time but it sounds like everyone is chipping in to help which is good.

I'm grabbing another coffee and getting to work. Have a great day, everyone!
