how is everyone? It was very quiet in here yesterday, did I scare everyone off with all of my complaints about the weather? I hope not!

Its Thursday here, and most likely going to be the only Full day of school this week. They are calling for another storm coming in tonight. And then frigid temps for Saturday. I cannot wait for spring :) yesterday as I was trying to scrape up the ice and snow to prep for tomorrow, I had to keep piling the snow on top of where my lilies and irises are. I miss them!

My Temptation today is the same one that I have been having for the last week or so. I am so tempted to grab my credit card and book a vacation to the Caribbean! Just fir a couple of days to lay on the beach and soak up the sun and heat....

What about you? What would you do today if you could?
 
ME- it is really hard to work from home, esp. since your little guy probably doesn't understand that you need just a chunk of uninterrupted time. I have that all of the time with Gary. He thinks I am being rude, but I am trying to concentrate. (and he is old enough to know better LOL)
good news for the birth-date. It must feel awesome, if not a bit freaky, to have an end in sight.

Clara- it must be so great to have Ethan home!!!! sorry to hear no crab this time, but at least you have April to look forward too.

Good luck again with the school. And you know it- you are the best advocate for your son. And if they don't like it-- too bad!

Its so funny to think of vacationing in Cuba- its like a non-entity for us. It would never even cross my mind. But I bet it is gorgeous.

morning all - I did get some housework done last night- have more to do this morning- today- cloudy with a great chance of meatballs- well I am making a triple batch of meatballs so I have some to freeze for future use!

Me- glad you have a date

Meg- hope today is a better day

Nana- where are you?

Clara- hope you are enjoying your mom's visit- school will work out-it is frustrating to not be in charge when your kids are in public school

Katrina- we take ballroom both private and group lessons- we are slowing down some to give us time to do other things together- but still doing regular dancing!

chris- I'll try to keep as much of your tomorrow storm as I can- plan on sewing felt snowman for a winter banner (that I found when decluttering- prob 10 yo project) in front of the fireplace while watching gently or not so gently falling snow!!!!!!!!
 
Good morning ladies :)

I'm verrrrry tired! I've been in a lot of pain. My stitches are getting stressed a bit too much with all that I've been trying to do, which I know I shouldn't be doing but I have to get used to it.

Kaylyn is doing AMAZING. She is the most phenomenal creature I have ever laid eyes on. She just sits there and stares at you. It's the cutest thing ever. I was having some trouble breast feeding so I started to breasfeed for about 15 minutes before we feed her a bottle and that's working t a little better. She doesn't eat very much but we're trying to chub her up some.

Anyways, hope everyone is fantastic! Love you all!
 
kayleigh- take care of you- and the gorgeous little one- easy to say - hard to do- relax and give breastfeeding time- it will come- hope you are home nesting with your new family!
 
Morning all... late getting on the computer today, had to clean up messes all over the house from my cat :frown:, it seems he has some kind of upset, from being at the kennel he has a runny bum (sorry, more info than you need to hear). Off to work today, but looking forward to maybe getting some of my photos from disney scrapped tonight.

HI! today was pay day so all that money went to bills and food *sigh* haha

pretty nice day...a little chilly got about 4 inches of snow yesterday but YAY for school today!! roads aren't bad at all its just the sun is horribly bright...i didnt even know how fast i was driving because the glare!!! LOL
 
have enjoyed my day off so far- scrapped, cleaned, chatted with a friend- now waiting for my husband to get home!!
 
I am here......I have peeked in a little this week....I have just had a lot on my plate!!!

sorry to be MIA!!!! I do love you all though!!!!!
