Finally!!! it is Thursday and it feels like a Thursday. :whoo:
I am in a good mood ATM. Feel free to skip by if you don't want to hear anything sort of political--------->
But damn, my shero, Elizabeth Warren *killed* it last night at the debate. I adore that woman, it is good to see some pundits recognize that finally. She has been fighting for the "regular" people for decades. Smart, funny, strong, compassionate. All of the things I admire in women. And loves dogs.


So on to regular life.
I did not go to Target after PT. Caitlyn talked me out of it. Not that it was a hard fight. Nope. She suggested I wait for a day that I am mentally prepared. I was joking with the PT-ist about how much I was feeling the exercises in my legs and butt and that PT was a good incentive to get ready to try on bathing suits too. So I have time and will wait. If I try a few on to get sizes/styles, then I can do some online shopping too.

Gary and I have appts with our Lyme dr today. I am curious to hear what she says about me and whether I need to go back again. Next month it will be 12 years since I started seeing her. That can't be right. 2008. Holy. 12 years. That is a looooooooong time.

Wow.

That will take up the majority of the day. When I get home-- not sure what I will do. I still need to order new glasses. I looked at more options yesterday. Not sure why it is a hard decision since I don't wear them out of the house.

Trudy- I am sorry that your painting didn't come out right. That is a smart move to have your Gary make the canvases. Thank you for explaining Dutch pours too. It must be a lot of fun trying out new techniques.

Rae- I hope that all of your errands went well. Give Taz belly rubs. The cruise is in July which gives me enough time to get in shape.

Good morning, ladies. The sun is shining (cold though) so will bundle up and get out for a long walk with B at lunchtime today. Binge watched Criminal Minds last night so tonight we can watch the 2 hr finale I pvr'd last night. I'm going to miss that show. Glad to hear they are finally filming the next season of Stranger Things, heard that yesterday.

Chris - you like thrillers, I think you'd like "The Friend". I just finished it this morning, it was good. It's a quick read too which is a good thing b/c I had a hard time putting it down once I got halfway thru. That's exciting, the cruise in July, it'll be here before you know it! I can't wait for another cruise, its been too long. We agree that we'll do the Panama Canal in a few yrs. I'm excited for that.

Hope everyone has a great day. I'm getting to work now. I procrastinated a bit so I could finish up my book but now I need to get at my desk work.

Morning ladies... Yes it is a very chilly morning, with frost on all of the roof tops! But a beautiful clear blue sky so that is nice! I am off to the pool right away and have already had my face time chat with Heather and Hunter. He is so cute and was showing me some of the Valentine things he got at pre-school. It is cold but sunny at their place today also, much colder than us, so I hope it warms up for them soon so the boys can get outside and play in the fresh air again. Anyway just wanted to pop in and say hey before I hit the pool.

Chris - Hope that you will find some swimsuits that fit you well and yes you should wait until you are in the right mind set before you go shopping for them! Other wise it could just be you buying one for the sake of buying one LOL. You must be getting excited for your trip! Good luck at the Lyme Dr. today wow 12 years already!!

Rae - Hope you have a lovely walk with B today, hopefully by lunchtime the temps will have risen a bit! So nice to see the sunshine though right? Oh Gary and I will have to see the 2 finale of Criminal Minds too we have always liked that show and it will be sad for it to not renew! Hope that you don't have too much work today!

good day - Well my Devils play the San Jose Sharks tonight but I got upgraded tickets so that is cool. The Sharks are devastated by injuries but so are my Devils with injuries and trades so this is a game up in the air. Just got back from the eye doctor and my eyes have not changed enough to get new glasses so that is good but he did not that I am starting to develop cataracts. He said not to worry for at least a couple of years. Oh the joys of getting older. Been watching season 2 of Jack Ryan. It is so good. Then of course more hockey. Hockey right now is all about the trades. I will be glad when I know what my team will look like for the rest of the year.

Chris hope the Lyme appt goes well for you and Gary! I know what you mean about going shopping for swim suits. I am glad that you made it through shopping! Glad you talked to the PT people - he can help more if he knows how if made you feel.

Trudy have fun at the pool! Sorry you missed the hike and so sorry you paintings did not dry properly. I have to agree with Rae that your failures would be my success. I think it is so cute about their Valentines.

Hello girls!
I was sharing your pain previous two days and reading your sad announcements made me very sad too! ray: So I felt it wrong to post after that.


But yesterday was the most precious day for me from the beginning of the year!!! Such a calm and happy time with my pets. Yes I got three free days and I'm fully enjoying them, as I'll have to work at the weekend. But I'm start spending too much time at Instagram now, and I'm as a smoker or something, who waiting every rest break. Weather is cold and gray, but I love it when it's like that.

Chris, why you aren't excited for the cruise? There's so many different style swimsuits it wouldn't be difficult to choose one online. Actually you needs at least two. I have to change one of mine too, as it looks pretty dry, but wet it shrinks in too provocative way :-x. And I bought it from store where they even allows you to test it above tights. It was way too expensive for my taste, so it's a little disaster . Oh, also when you choose glasses store, search online to see many vloggers and Instagram influencers offered discount codes for different stores.

Rae, enjoy the finale of Criminal Minds! Strange I was watched show with that name many years ago. Any idea is that a new version or sequel?

Trudy, of course the Gary's canvases are better, because they are made with love! Are the kids back to school at normally schedule now?

Nancy, ouch, you cheer against teams with players you actually likes?! Sports confuse me. So you are fan when they are at the team, and then unsubscribe and stop follow their profiles, even if they are cool as persons?! I'm afraid that I follow some artists even if they aren't perfect as persons, so yes admiration is a strange mind set.
