Daily Ooo's: Thursday August 19

I checked the date, then checked it twice. I got it right today!

I am up early and not liking it one bit. Up at 5am, we have Scott's Lyme psych appt today- down the shore. (And no, we're not going while we are down there ) but it is about 2 hiurs away w/o traffic. So up at at 'em early. Ugh.

But this dr is supposed to be top-notch and I think he is going to be able to help Scott with his cognitive issues. As of this very moment, Gary is coming with me, so that is good. That can also change at any moment, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Nana Linda- what did you decide to do with C-man?

Andrea- every time I see that photo I get goosebumps.Please tell him how much I appreciate all of what he does. Hugs to you too- it must be weird to have him home. I know when Gary was first home, it threw my whole schedule off.

Vicki -- hope your head is better today. I saw your PW post- that is too damn funny!!

Lauire- I am so jealous! Your vaca sounds wonderful! And delicious

Clara-- thank goodness for Xanax- I usually just try to take mine at bedtime, but I have been having to take some during the day lately too. Just a half at a time.... but if it helps me from jumpin gout of my skin or my head exploding, I guess it is worth it.
Thank goodness for your friend Dave too! He is a lifesaver! Good luck on housing, fingers crossed it works out soon.

Trudy- sounds like a fun day for you too! Yummy!

morning I was up early to get photos of the clouds in the valley with the mountain behind, then half hour on the eliptical and some free weights for the arms- now breakfast before canoeing.

So I had to get my page for Sally's spotlight up this morning...and I have been crazy with these kids...Miss Savannah is not feeling good..VERY snotty nose!! I think she may have her first tooth soon....maybe by the time she is ONE in a couple of weeks....which for this family is EARLY..HAHA...the baby's in our family don't get teeth until about 15 mos!! I think Sharon might have been a tad older and that kid did not lose her first baby tooth until she was getting ready to start 3rd grade!! HAHA..she never did believe in the tooth fairy!!

I am going to go get me a CUP of :tea: anyone else???

I will be back sometime today for some personals!!

Quickly though...CHRIS...I am praying for the new DR for Scott!!!! I just know that there are some answers for you and him!!! Lot's of LOVE sweetie :hug:

so all my wonderful photos this am are in the camera and can be viewed, but via the camera or the card cannot be seen by the computer- arghhh- I will just have to get up early again tomorrow! I am so tired from 3 hrs of canoeing- loved the sun- 15 min in the hot tub and now deciding what to do for dinner

Crazy here this week! But should slow down a little bit tomorrow! Can't wait for some scrapping time this weekend!

Chris, hope the doctor's visit went well although I saw a FB post that has me a little concerned.

Laurie, glad that vacation is going so well.

Nana Linda, glad to hear the tooth story. Sydney is 6 1/2 and still hasn't got any loose teeth and she isn't happy about it. I keep telling her that everyone loses their baby teeth eventually. Not sure she likes that answer!
