Happy Saturday! We finally have some gorgeous weather in NJ. I was out playing in the mud for over 3 hours yesterday. Always good to spend time outside to clear my head a bit.

Still feeling kind of raw... hoping to keep the game face on, stay strong and all that good stuff.

Does anyone have fun plans?
Easter parades?

I finished mowing the lawns and after dance plan to clean up some more flower beds- loving the summer weather in spring- high today and tomorrow of 70 with some sun!!!!!

Easter going out to brunch after church, oh and can't forget scrapping the challenges at the "O"
 
Grocery shopping done and desserts (strawberry pie and chocolate chip cheesecake) are finished.

Frozen pizza in the oven for supper and later we will color Easter eggs. For now, I've got my feet up and taking a break! :-)

we haven't had much on the go lol. I've got some work & scrappin to do... tomorrow we're makin a chicken with all the fixins... should be super yummy!

He is risen indeed - happy Easter to my O family- off to church and then brunch- then paperwork and hopefully some scrapping time! The joys of living away from family- holidays are different- no large family gatherings- miss that
 
I don't celebrate Easter- but I am feeling hope and renewal yesterday and today.
I can't "not" see it- it is my nature to keep on trying to see the better side of everything.

I am going to my brother's with the kids. Gary is in one of his "manic-Lyme" stages where he doesn't sleep. At all. For a few days.
Always fun....

But both kids had good days yesterday, I worked outside for a few more hours. I am hurt-y,but it is a good kind- I don't mind the muscles feeling like they got a good "stretching out."

kids had a BLAST hunting for eggs this morning... oh & I just about screwed up... I said to DH:"I only put 3 in their baskets"... EEKS... luckily the kids didn't really hear it and we recovered together it lol.
 
brunch was yummo- so now i won't be hungry till bedtime- stopped and bought dh a new laptop as his current one was in the shop for 2 wks and still not fixed. sun is shining wind is much calmer than yesterday- I am back to the flower beds!
 
We finished Easter dinner and everyone has gone home. I'm trying to decide whether to scrap or take a nap. I'd love to scrap...but feeling like a nap may win out!

I am sooooo happy - I just found a bleeding heart that I planted last year to replace the one I transplanted from my moms through 3 moves and killed last year- has come up- oh yeah!
