Eva - To answer your question, it is like memorial day we remember the brave men and women who fought and died in the wars. We pause for a moment of silence at the 11th minute of the 11th hour on the 11th month. This year it will also be on the year 2011.

Jacqueline- Wouldn't it be funny if your hubby did find a Honda washed up on the beach?? Where is he headed? To Tofino?? I will keep my brolly with me all day tomorrow, too bad it couldn't be a beauty of a day like today was!!

Well, it was good, but not at good as I thought. It was more work than it tasted LOL I'm going to make it again, trying some other spices maybe. Best part - left overs - won't have to cook more than rice today
