GoooooOd mOrning to all of the Ooos! Is everyone ready to rise and shine? I am. Sure.
Actually, I am not doing bad at all. Tired of course, but not horribly so. I knocked a few things off of the To-Do list this weekend. Not that anyone would notice with so many papers scattered across my desk. Hehe.
Most of my time was getting aggravated about food- dinner ideas, clipping coupons, you know the drill.
Today is going to be more of the same. The paperwork and filing have to be worked on. I am so scattered and disorganized and it is making my head hurt. That means a much more detailed To-Do list. And no distractions! Wish me luck. I am going to need it.

xoxo

Kay- I hope that you slept later this morning. It is awful when you get into that type of sleep cycle. Brunch sounds like it was wonderful. You have an awesome SIL to keep you up to date on your eyes.
Yes, I totally feel your pain on taxes and on the foot. My ankle is hurting me a lot yesterday and today too. Between PT, the weather changes, and being out of my sneakers more than I should be is taking a toll. I am sure the weather isn't helping at all. Enjoy the temps while you can. :)

Trudy- I cannot wait to see the new painting and the colors sound awesome! What is a Dutch Pour? I hope that it isn't too cold out today when you take the tree down. Be careful with the saws.
I am so jealous (in a very happy way!!!) of you and Leah. So darn creative and the paintings are "joyful" when they are done. Good luck finding the birch rounds. Shop local is always a better option when you can.

Rae- I am really happy for your grandson, his partner, and baby-to-be! And of course--for YOU!!! Looking forward to seeing the pics.

Karen- any news on the medical tests yet? Thinking good thoughts! I don't have any favorite brush sets. I just load whatever type that I need for the page I am working on.
I use PS 5 so I am of no help when it comes to PSE.

Felis- What a fab day for you, to have the others outside and you have the house quiet for a bit. However, I am dying to get outside in the yard. I actually had dreams of gardening last night! Did you open the windows a bit to at least get a bit of fresh air? :D
Great news about the kitty doing so well after spaying. Animals bounce back so much better than humans. haha!
Caitlyn is a better person than I am. That is for sure.
I love Vicki R's brushes too- and Snickerdoodle has some really fun ones as well. Great suggestions for Karen.

Hooray.... I slept in this morning until 8 AM! But that could be because I read until 1 AM.... Hope that breaks the early morning waking up trend. The bad news is that I woke up coughing and with with a sore throat. Think it might be the start of a cold. Need to call DD#1 and wish her Happy Birthday (tomorrow) but warn her to stay away until whatever this is has gone. Afraid to say it but haven't had a cold all winter. Think this will be a PJ day. Going to make some hot oatmeal for breakfast as that should be easier to get down the sore throat. CYL

good day - it is a holiday for both my boys so we are all home. My son bought us breakfast and that was fun to come home to as we were out walking Luther. It is sunny today so that is nice and should be much warmer. My heart is heavy today as my Devils yesterday traded away two players, one Andy Green the Captain and Blake Coleman a real fan favorite. Andy had a no move clause so he agreed to the trade to the Islanders which makes me even sadder but I guess these are super competitive players and he wants another try at the Stanley Cup. He is 37 so I see that but he played 923 games all with the Devils and I would have like to see him get 1000 with the Devils. Blake Coleman was traded to Tampa Bay and he really has a chance to win the Cup. I just wish I did not have to see either of these players come back this year but in March both Tampa and Long Island come to the Rock. The team did win in a shoot out after being down 2-0 in the first. You could tell that the team was shook by the trades. My sons and DIL took me to breakfast yesterday brunch really and it was so good. Watched more of Jack Ryan. My DH likes the show so much he actually learned how to use apple TV in the tv room and the PS4 in the kitchen. Before he refused and if the TVs were not on cable he would get so mad but now he learned. So funny what you will learn or do when motivated. Not much else going on.

Chris glad you got some of your to do list done. Sorry about the ankle. You should tell the rehab people that it hurts when done. I don't think it should hurt should it? Well hope that with the warmer weather it feels better.

Kay congrats on sleeping later. Hope the day in the pjs helps get rid of the cold. Feel better and enjoy the reading.

Have a great day all!

Hi dears!
Proud of myself! I knocked a few things off of the To-Do list this weekend.Tired of course, but not terribly so. :lought: Yes I copied this will play the card 'that's not my language, so I need examples'. It's after midnight, and I'm still rolling arownd, because I'm pretty nerves. Tomorrow morning have to go and ask at my work for free week. Usually it's not a problem, and this is why I'm keep staying on this miserable paid job, so I can't explain why I'm so nerves now?! Past few days my emotions are strange, and no it's not again this time of the month

Chris, good luck with organizing your tasks and find cool deals and coupons! Sorry about the ankle.

Kay, take care for yourself before this cold going nasty! Maybe cup of tea and good book sounds as a good start point!
Happy Birthday to your daughter! Wishing her a wonderful day and all the most amazing things!

Nancy, oh so bittersweet day for you. The personal part sounds lovely! I'm not into the sport at all, but compared to the theatrical scene, doesn't that mean that new team gives you more chances to enjoy your favorite players?!

Trudy, hope all with the tree ended carefree and safe for all of your family! Good night, my dears. Sleep well!
