Good morning, ladies. The weekend flew by, the sun is still shining and I'm thankful for our A/C during this heat wave we're having. Yesterday, Taz only wanted to chase the ball for about 15 minutes and then grabbed the ball and ran over to lay in some shade under a tree. I think this afternoon I will take him over to the park so he can play in the water, if I finish up my work early enough. I have dinner planned (Italian sausages, veggies and potatoes baked in the oven, and a salad). I want to meal plan for the rest of the week. I'm going to try to eat less carbs and lighter meals throughout the week to help make up for the weekends at the trailer (should have started this weeks ago LOL). I also need to figure out when I can fit some weight lifting into my schedule as it's been months since I stopped and I really feel and see the difference so need to organize my time and get back to it). I'm scrapping a bit less these days and am getting used to it. It feels good to be finding a better balance between on and off computer time.

Chris - hope you are enjoying your holiday.

Hope everyone else is having a fabulous day!

Rae, your plans sound good. Getting back into a routine would be nice.

Here is it cooler but still so humid, cloudy and likely to rain. Yesterday we had fun at a "picnic" (indoors with A/C & restrooms) sponsored by all the local genealogy groups. Features potluck and games to promote getting to know each other.

Hope Monday is good for everyone.
