Yay, the sun is out!!!!!!!!!! It is going to be a nice day to be outside in the dirt (mud... whatever LOL)

Let's do a sun visualization while we breathe today. Close your eyes. Breathe in. As you breathe in, see yourself standing on a mountain or hilltop. See the sun above you. Raise your arms and imagine that the sun's rays are reaching into your hands. let the sun's light and energy and warmth fill you up! Breathe in and out again. When you are ready, open your eyes.
I hope that you are feeling energized and happy!

Yesterday really dragged for me. It was another chilly and cloudy day. I fought with the Shop Rite website and app and I think that I have most of what I need. The site kept adding things to my cart-- well the quantities. Every time I had to relog in, it doubled the quantities of what was already in there, but only of some items. So I ended up with a cart that was over $200 --because I had 8 lbs of butter and 6 loaves of bread. Sheesh!
After I re-finalized the order, I got the confirmation email and there are some mistakes (I thought I deleted the one brand of bread crumbs that I didn't want) but I am totally NOT going back there! It is what it is.
I did that, then made the dog treats and then redid my avatar. That was my very boring day.

Today is a yard work day!!!! First I have to transfer all of my Rx's to a pharmacy in town that does curbside pick-up so I don't have to go into ShopRite for them. I have some Cheery O things I have to do and then it is going to be playing in the DIRT!

Gratitudes:
-sunshine
-dirt therapy
-did I mention sunshine and dirt therapy??? :D

I have to take the dogs outside, BRB.

I am back and it is nice outside. Cool ATM but the sun will warm things up. :whoo:

I am trying to force myself off of the computer between 8.30 and 9 am so I have 15 minutes to finish personals before I get moving onto housework.

Felis- I wish we had those robots! They look awesome. Anyone ever see them?

Trudy- I hope the sun warmed everything up and that you and your Gary were able to sit on your deck with a glass of wine. I have that issue with kits sometimes if I don't like a color it makes it hard to come up with something that I like. Did you ever come up with a palette? I am sure you did but if not, did you look at design-seeds (are they still around?) or another color palette generator?
Good to hear that kids are enjoying being outside too.

Nancy- your son is spoiling you for sure-- how was breakfast? :lalala: not listening to mouse traps :D
It looks like today is going to be really nice by you too- bet you and Luthe will have a nice long walk.
Your future DIL (f-DIL) sounds like she is amazing. It really is wonderful that he has someone like that.

Hugs to everyone-- Kay I hope that your BP is stabilizing by now.

good morning - this week my city's schools are on spring break and I got the cutest email from our neighbor. Her kids were shooting nerf guns and one came to our backyard but we cant find it or Luther got it and it is gone. Feel bad as they are scared of Luther and now he has eaten their toy. Also got news that one of the first people where I worked has died of the covid virus. He is the first I know to die. I never worked for him but I knew him. Also found out that a friend's father also has tested positive but not sick enough to be in hospital so that is great. I thought the Queen gave a perfect speech. She is impressive! My DH also had his cataract surgery delayed until August. Feel bad for him. Watching Devils hockey rewind and all it does it make me sad to see all the players we traded away. The game is good but 4 of the 20 players were traded and now with Covid stopping all sports I feel bad for my team but also for them in not to be playing in the playoffs. I read that they are thinking of having the playoffs in North Dakota. LOL. I don't see anyway that the teams can be ready to play and how they can get them to North Dakota anyway. I am sure some of the players are overseas and some are in Canada. Is this a need a money? The sun is shining and I will be out with Luther in a while.

Chris thanks on twitter for the cats tread! Too funny. Have fun in the dirt. I could not believe at first that the tiger tested positive for the virus and I wonder about pets but I think we would have heard if cats and other pets were dying in other countries. I am glad that I don't have an outside cat.

Waving to all.
Stay safe
Grateful for sunshine!

Like Trudy said yesterday: it's not everything bad. Now when I have no need to follow schedule, I'm free to go sleep when I feel need and to wake up when my body is ready, and finally I'm feeling as a human being, not as a coffee pot. Finally I'm not constantly tired! But in some days I still drink coffee just because I love the taste. LOL.
We just watched at the morning show how families with kids and without yard, now are start relay to struggle locked inside, so yes I'm grateful that we have yard. It is still very cool though, but hopefully the sunshine will warm everything up and we can get outside to enjoy some fresh air and cup of coffee on the bench somewhere soon at the next few days!

Chris, it's almost kind of ordinary that even in the huge crisis you're still worrying about grocery shopping. Sounds as at the good old days ...almost. Makes me grateful that I'm not the person in my house that have to care about that! Your new avi is so cute and summer!

Trudy, are you think to check for color ideas these Color Palette scheme that we use for scrapbook?

Nancy, I hope that the mouse was part of the nightmare! I can't understand this part clear. If is on real, yikes! I don't mine them as long as not come to become a suicide, with dog at cat at house this is such a risk! Did you watched "The Morning Show"? With Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, I love them both, but the show isn't released here yet.
Yes cats have coronavirus, have these cases from ages, it's not a big deal and it's not so dangerous, it is not on the top of illness that owners have to worried. It's not the same type that can affect humans, FCoV it's not the COVID19. Lots of abandoned pets reported, because news are so stupid to not clarify this properly!!! It's the same case as when people learn that cats have HIV, but their form is not the same as the humans one. There is still chance to get Covid19 from your pet if sick person is coughing or spitting somewhere, then dog get this on his fur, and then you touch this fur and your face. Anyway we wash their feet after walk so no worry, at all!
Edit: Ups, how I read your post partly?! :sorry: I hope that Luther will not have stomach problems from eating this toy! I'm still not watched the Queen's speech, I totally forgot. The schools here will not have spring break, as they study online and not get enough lessons hours. I always forget that your Easter is week before here.
SO sorry about your friend loss!

Gratitudes:
 that we have yard and the bench!
 that sun is shining today!
 for all muddy paws, which somehow always finished in my lap L O L!

Morning everyone! It will be a sunny and bit warmer day today. The moon was spectacular when I got up this morning, big and red, so pretty! DH had to scrape his truck windows this morning, it was chilly!! Yesterday we did manage to get out for a nice walk, there were a few others out but we were able to all keep our distance from one another. I did not watch Outlander last night as we started watching a documentary and it went on a lot longer than we thought. Oh well I will watch it this morning at some point. Still searching through Pinterest to find a nice colour palette for burgundy, so many to choose from who knew?? LOL. Hope to get out for another walk today, by myself as DH is back to work. Not sure if I will get a face time call from the grands today or not. SIL Jonah's father had to go to the hospital yesterday, having chest pain on his right side. Turns out that he has gall stones and that was what was causing the pain. So hopefully he will be ok and will not catch the virus from being at the hospital!!

Chris - I am happy to hear that you will be outside, getting some much needed fresh air and of course dirt therapy, hopefully not mud therapy LOL. Sounds like the food shopping had a few glitches!! That must have been very frustrating! I still have to find someplace that will deliver, I really hate going to the grocery now!! I hope you have better luck getting your Rx transferred over!

Nancy - Did I miss something?? Your son is getting married?? If that is true then that is fabulous!! She sounds like she is an amazing person!! Your son is a very lucky guy!! I am so sorry that you are having trouble with the mice! I would have screamed if I poured a mouse out onto the floor :fear: I hope that you can get this problem solved but I hope it gets done without any bloodshed! Have a lovely walk with Luther today!! I am so sorry to hear that you know has died from this awful virus!! It really is getting scary out there isn't it!! I highly doubt that there will be any kind of sports continue this year, it just not seem possible.

Felis - It is good to hear that you are feeling better and not so sleepy!! Yes coffee is good and I find myself drinking more than I used to, I really need to watch how much I drink as it tends to upset my stomach :mmph: Yes I have checked many different colour palettes just can't seem to find one that I really like, but then its not for me, its for someone else, so I guess I should run a few by my neighbour and see which one she likes. Hooray for the sun shining down on you and your family today! I hope you all enjoy some time outside!

Gratitudes -
I had an hour long chat with the boys this morning!
I will hopefully talk with Isaac and Sadie also today!
I can get outside for a walk in the sun today!
I have my O family to start the day with!

Wonderfully sunny again today. There was frost on the rooftops this morning but the sun took care of that and it has warmed up. Saturday night we finished the current puzzle. We really like it tons but it wasn't easy. Fun fact is that while working on it we watched a program (from YouTube) on ravens.

Chris, your new avi is adorable. You look great, the hat is super as is the beach scene, plus it is beautifully done. As long as you kept the dogs one I was going to keep my little gull one, but now you've done it, so I've changed too with a still from one of my video attempts. Amazing how grocery shopping gets to you no matter how it's done. Sunshine and dirt, sunshine and dirt, ...

Nancy, so sad someone you knew has succumbed! Afraid there will be more of that coming. I agree that sports teams can't be ready to play after being off so long, so it will be hard for anything to take place. Glad you have walks with Luther to keep you getting out. That mouse must have given you quite a start. Hope that situation gets addressed.

Felis, how lovely that you can sleep as much and when you want and now feel better. Hope it warms up enough to enjoy sitting on the bench. We haven't watched any live-stream music, but last night we watched the country music at home that was supposed to have been a TV awards program. We aren't fans of the Nashville based country music, but it was interesting seeing and hearing so many of them at home playing acoustic guitar and using simple technology just like the rest of us.

Trudy, sure hope you find a palette with burgundy that you like (and the neighbor) because it's no fun working against yourself when painting. Enjoy getting out, hope it warms up.

Thinking of Kay, and hoping her BP situation is improving.

Grateful for
you all at the Os
sunshine
birds
puzzles
what we can watch on the TV
still being well

hey there. as you know I have been making masks for the family. I got 4 made and then my stupid machine quit working! Grrr It is an old one but was very expensive at the time. I popped it into the repair shop this am. The fellow said as they were not too busy I should have it back by the end of the week.

Chris.. Thanks for the offer to find a pattern. I did find one I like. It took about 10 minutes to put together after cutting out.. getting elastic right took forever! Hubby has a large head lol and to get it to fit where it didn't hurt his ears was a challenge. I did manage to produce a prototype with a band at the back to keep the ears from getting sore. so hubby is happy now.

I need to get going on the challenges for this month. Hopefully I can be inspired. The weather has been really sunny and lovely which makes me want to head outside and play in the dirt. . sigh.

Stay well everyone.
